Ajman Bankliability letter

I am writing this complaints to you with regards to my request for a liability letter from your bank in Garhoud which I requested on 14 September 2019 and paid the amount of 65 aed on the same day.

However until now I still don't have the requested letter for which I following it up with you about the status since last week and still don't have any positive feed back from you. I also sent a complaints on September 23, 2019 to your company's website, although I received a call from your bank a day after and said that my request will done after 2 days.
In line to that, I would like to request again for the release of that letter and if you could expedite this matter it will be highly appreciated.
