Hi there,
Reference Number: VM2772054479.
Pick up was for my mother - from London Heathrow to Central London.
Their team was notified by WhatsApp there was a delay in exiting the Immigration.
There was no driver to pick.
My mother doesnt speak english and was stranded at the airport for 2 hours until i could go and pick her up.
NO REFUND OFFERED.

Claimed loss: £150 (paid to taxi without service, and to go to airport and bring the passenger)

Desired outcome: REFUND OF FARE
