Airports Taxi Transfers review: Driver no show and no refund!

One word - horrendous! Arrived in Italy and waited for contact from driver which didn't happen, contacted them only to be told a driver wasn't available and was left stranded at the airport. Transfer from the airport cost significantly more than I had paid and still yet to be refunded by 'amazing' airport taxi transfers. Phoned them and no answer, no email possible and queries certainly not resolved in under and hour?. Do yourself a favour, pay slightly more with a reputable company in the first instance to avoid additional costs and if you really do want ‘a stress free transfer’!
