Do not invest any capital in this firm. AHP Serving has stopped paying out dividends for over a year. All withdrawal requests have been denied. There is no liquidity and no actual value of any appreciation/dividends. The owner has once-a-month webinars which are not recorded. They can only be viewed during live sessions which are during business hours when most people are at their day jobs unable to watch. The company has very little transparency on how the funds are being utilized. The CEO, Jorge Newbery, runs all of the main copresences and speaks and writes in the third person. All correspondence does not include any professionalism without signatures at the bottom of emails to maintain anonymity from being reported.

I am an investor in the AHP 2015A fund. I requested a redemption back in Feb 2022 and have yet to receive it. Jorge Newberry has kept us up on the investment and we received distributions monthly until Feb 2023. Again I understand the issues in the market today regarding debt based investments. However we were told there was a sale and we would be receiving owed distributions. That was two weeks ago. Now I can not get anyone on the phone to answer my calls. And surprisingly I have yet to get paid.

I made my payment over the phone and received a confirmation number in return. However, I later discovered that my monthly statements were three months behind, and there was no record of the confirmation number or my payment. Now I have to involve a lawyer because they refuse to cooperate in resolving the issue of where our payments went. Dealing with customer service has been a hassle, and they have given me a hard time. I have bank statements to prove that the payment was withdrawn.

I've been dealing with AHP Servicing for a couple of years. They recently sent me a letter saying I'm in pre foreclosure because I'm behind on my mortgage payments. Ms. the account manager said she called me many times about my account, but she didn't. AHP Servicing sent my check back in the mail with the letter, and when I called AHP Servicing, Ms. was really rude and talked down to me. I told Ms. that the amount she said I owed wasn't the same as what I saw on my online account. Ms. spoke to me like I wasn't telling the truth. My advice is, don't expect friendly customer service if you're behind on your mortgage. This company has no heart. Their customer service is awful.

Had a really bad experience with someone named *** at AHP. They would sometimes aggressively contact me. My payments are set up for monthly autopay, but they often thought I was behind on my payment. I knew I wasn't. Recently, I talked to *** and he said I was two payments behind. I asked which payments he didn't receive. He quickly read my payment history on his computer or whatever he was looking at, and it was hard to follow. When I asked for a printout or screenshot of his records, he got argumentative. He said I wouldn't understand and that the information would be too hard to figure out. When I gave in and said, "Fine, I'll send an extra payment," he corrected me on using the word "extra" and said it wasn't appropriate. We argued about this for a few minutes. Eventually, I hung up on him while calling him an ***. Since then, I've sent two emails to *** asking for a detailed payment history. I think AHP is supposed to provide this when asked. I still haven't gotten a reply. I've come to the conclusion that AHP must encourage its employees to ask for extra payments, thinking most customers will just go along with it. I wouldn't recommend doing business with this company.
