I would like the kitchen tap replaced,I have requested this because upon moving in it had craps and started chipping,now the filters are falling out.
Main door has spacing(over cut) resulting in roaches entering my unit as management fails to set rules for kids lingering and eating outside my door.
Bedroom roof leaks everytime it rains resulting in potential damage to property and currently reduced door movements.
Bath tub drainage system is always clogged up and the tub wasn't secured well with silicon.

Desired outcome: New kitchen faucet/mixer tapA new main door,where I don't see spaces or light coming into the unit.Leaks sealed on the bedroom roof.Sealed and secured edges of the bathtub.Bathtub unclogged resulting in free flowing water.
