Affirm.com review: There help center needs some revising

I've tried every which way to sign into my account, need to change my email. They keep telling me to change it I have to first sign into my account. How can I sign into my account without the right email? It's a run around. Very disappointed. They make it impossible to sign into your own account. But it let me change my phone number easy enough and I have no idea who's phone number it is, it wasn't mine.
