I was hired to do an annual nurse audit on temporary basis, and everything was fine I am 100% certified to perfor the duties I was hired to do. For some reason one of the employees did not like me, which is fine, I was there to do a job not be her best friend. Well, one day about third or fourth week she (who is boss's secretary and right hand) in front of all other staff said"haha, I did not get your time sheet so your not getting paid" we continued to talk and got heated, and boss was present and did not stop the argument until it was getting out f hand. I am friends wih another temporar nurse, and we were joking and laughing after a job and alittle while we were working.About a week later I was called into a meeting and was told that a formal complaint was written by "my friend:" to the girl (Desiree Rivera) that dislikes me, and that I was told I was bothering her that day we were joking and I was told to never talk to her again or go near her, I was shocked and saddened. The following day I called her and asked why she cold not just talk to me about whatever I did to upset her, she stated that she has no idea what I am talkiong about and she stated that we are friends and why would I do that? so, I confronted management (desiree), got no response and later that day I got a call from my agency that I was no longer needed there, but did not give a reason.. WOW what an unprofessional company to work with and what a horrible person Desiree Rivera (affinity Healthcare, bronx new york) is!
