Advocate Health has a system as to call the doctor office you go through a control board where all their employees work from home. On the 17th of November I waited 20 minutes the first time and 10 minutes the second for them to type a request for someone from the doctor office to call me back. I believe most of this delay was employees not doing their job while sitting at home. Covid is over get to the office. After complaining and demanding a call from my primary Doctor Fisher a representative returned my call. The delay has caused time senative responses to the limit. I have 24 hours to get this paperwork filed or have to start the process all over. If it needs to be started over it will be with a different health care network. Advocate Health is terrible. I guess I will start looking for a different Doctor.
Desired outcome: Get your lazy employees back to the office and stop this BS system of going through a answering service. I will leave Advocate if something isn't done.
