I have had the worse experience with adventure001
They are the most unprofessional and worse company I have dealt with
The staff is very rude and unhelpful

You will never get a reply from them and if you do they will make run around wild a wild goose chase

I purchased a Woucher 4 years ago I was told my husband is overweight then after a while we tried to book again the location is never available and you have to keep paying for a extension

This is appalling

If someone can help me how to speak to them as they will not take calls anymore
