I rented a car from Advantage in Orlando. I arrived late to pick up my car and due to this was told the system cancelled my reservation and the only option for renting a car was an upcharge to a more expensive car increasing my agreed upon rate of $101.79 - 351.21. Also the rental agent told us not to take the easy toll page option because we were only going to have a few tolls to play. The pay booths for our ride were closed and we had to pass through the tolls without paying

Claimed loss: $250 in increased rental cost

Desired outcome: adjusted invoice from 351 - 101 and no service/admin. charge for ujnpaid tolls. I'll pay the toll cost but no add'l expenses
