We built a new house and noticed orange smelly water staining our toilets, sinks, and tubs. Advanced Pump was the only company to respond to my request for service. They came out the next day and tested our water and recommended adding a water softener system. Now our water feels great and is drinkable! Service was great and price was fair. I will definitely use them for future service and will recommend to friends, family, and neighbors.

We have been using Advance Pump and Filter since we bought our home in 2012 and they have been great. Their service is top notch and their technicians are great. Their work is very thorough and done in a timely manner. Every year when they do our system check up they let us know how it is performing and if or when anything needs addressing. We are very happy to have them "looking out" for us and plan to continue using them for many years to come.

Our family has been using Advance Pump & Filter for our water needs for many years, and for good reason. We have consistently found them to be a very customer oriented company that places our needs quite high on their agenda. Every time we've asked questions or needed service regarding our well/softener system, they've responded with very timely and professional solutions. The customer service here is outstanding! They go out of their way to make sure everything is just right. After experiencing some problems with our water filtration system, Steve, one of their excellent employees, took the time to call after hours to ensure we knew what was happening, how to handle it and what to expect. It really put our minds at ease. Then within a couple of days everything was resolved by Shawn, another excellent employee, to our satisfaction. I highly recommend this company!

Having grown up with public water and sewers, well water and septic systems were new to us when we moved to NH. When we needed to replace our water softener, we used Advance Pump and Filter. They didn't try to sell us more than we needed, and even suggested we re-route the backwash to prevent it from filling up our fragile septic system. In 2018 our well pump failed...they came quickly, and again, didn't try to sell us more than we needed. Their employees are always courteous and efficient. Would definitely recommend them.

I had been having a water taste and odor problem at my lake cottage for quite some time. Advance Pump and filter did some troubleshooting, flushed and sanitized my system and added a new aerator. After each visit, they called to see if the problem went away. If there was still an issue, they came back until the problem was solved. They are great at following up and continued to stick with the problem until it was fixed. On the last visit, Matt was able to nail it! They were also great at giving me options that were within my budget.

We called Advance Pump and Filter on a Sunday after our well pump stopped working, and Rick came out in a timely manner, gave us details and options about what needed to be done, and had a new tank, pump and wiring all done by end of day Monday. He, and everyone we dealt with, was professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, and I couldn't be happier with the company. I will recommend them to anyone and expect to use them for all our needs. It can be tough finding companies to rely on but I think we've got a winner here. Five stars.

I have very happily been working with Advance Pump and Filter for over 15 years. That have installed a complete filtration system , water softening system and of course serviced my well. They have always been very responsive to emergency needs, always courteous and always leave their work area spotless.Early in my relationship with them I price compared their work with other vendors and have always found their pricing to be very competitive and fair. I am very concerned with quality and I do not think you could do better then Cathy and her great team.

I am very happy with this company. Customer service is fantastic and helped me figure out what I needed and how they can help. New home owner so my wife and I didn't have a clue. They sent out a technician for a free evaluation and he was really great and helpful. The technician was very honest and helped us figure out the best plan for us. I felt like if he wanted to he could have taken advantage of our ignorance but he didn't and I greatly appreciated it. Definitely going to be a returning customer. They make it really easy so I won't have to think or worry about it. Thank you!

Advance Pump & Filter Co. could not have been easier to work with! We lost water pressure suddenly on a weeknight with no idea what had gone wrong. Our call was quickly returned, and we were scheduled for service first thing in the morning. Jake came out to our house and inspected the well, pump, and entire system. He was prompt, clean, courteous, and got everything back up and running faster than we'd ever expected. We are always so pleased with Advance Pump & Filter. They have been so wonderful to work with through the years on both regular maintenance and emergency service calls!

Our experience with Advance Pump in Filter of Lee Nh was one of the highest professional skill and care. Sean and Phil were both knowledgeable and competent at their job and frankly a delight to have in our home. Right from the start Cathy heard our concerns and fit us in quickly and guided us along the way in helping us figure out what was the more urgent problem. We chose this company because the former home owners 23 years ago spoke highly of them - that's a pretty good track record In my book. We are very pleased with not only their skill and service but with their old fashioned care!

I've used this company twice and they have done a terrific job both times. The first time was in 2019, when my sump pump failed. They came out right away and did a great job fixing it. They noted that the pump was old, and would eventually have to be replaced, but recommended that we try to keep it running. Later, the pump did fail, and it was replaced perfectly, and quickly. Fast forward two years, and an old clamp on the pump failed. Jake came out and found the problem quickly. Water had also frozen in the pipe going to the outside, and Jake took a torch to it, so the was melted and the pump worked perfectly again. I find the company very responsive (I left a message at night and they called back within minutes.) They came at the time they said they would, and they did a terrific job.

Jake visited my home yesterday morning to inspect my water intake system. I wanted to share a note because the service he provided was nothing short of outstanding. He was super courteous, thoughtful, professional and respectful. What's more, during the wrap up when he was explaining about the work done and his findings, he was super sensitive in the way shared his advice about how often to replace the filter and did it in a way that didn't make me feel ashamed for not replacing the filter often enough. I could tell he was really being thoughtful and I appreciated that. Thanks to Jake's visit and his advice, I feel more informed and better able to take care of my family. Thanks Jake and thank you Advance Pump & Filter- you guys obviously have a great mentoring and training program to help produce such a great experience. Bravo team!

I had to find a company to help my elderly parents after they woke up to no water. I called Advance Pump and Filter. The woman who answered the phone, (I think her name was Sarah?) was pleasant and helpful. She connected me to someone who was also very pleasant and who tried assisting me over the phone to see if I could get the water going myself. Needless to say, we required a service call. He gave me a time frame of when I could expect the service techs and they came as promised, earlier than we expected. They determined the pressure switch for the pump needed to be replaced. My parents were very satisfied with the job that was done and felt they were not overcharged or taken advantage of. They said the men where also "gentlemen." That is not something you hear very often! I would recommend this company to anyone having water/pump issues. Thanks for your help!
