I waste time every pay period trying to log into my ADP account to see my paycheck breakdown and every time ADP forgets my password. It tells me my password is wrong. So, I change it to the password I just entered, which ADP just told me was incorrect and they tell me I need to use a password I have never used before. I then create a new one. It says my password has changed. Then, not 5 minutes later, I try to log in using the password I just created and ADP says my password is wrong! Then, ADP does the most illogical thing ever, If I have my tax forms emailed to me, they insist on emailing them to my WORK email, like a seasonal employee even has access to their WORK email when tax season ends! How I wish INTUIT WOULD START USING A BETTER PAYROLL PROVIDER, EVEN QUICKBOOKS PAYROLL WOULD BE BETTER THAN THIS WORTHLESS EXCUSE FOR A COMPANY!
Recommendation: If you own a business, find another option. If you are an employee, insist that they email everything to your PERSONAL email address rather than your BUSINESS email.
Okay, so I was told to download Whats-app so I can send ADP my name and phone number? First off, the only reason I would install Whats-app is to communicate with the Senior Supervisor of ADP who told me to provide this information in the first place. I do not want to share my contacts with Whats-app because I do not wish to communicate with anyone on my contact list using Whats-app. Not to mention the fact that the person I need to contact is not on my contacts list. Can't ADP just do the easy thing and hire people to provide customer service?
