AdjustPro Solutions review: Stay away from them

I have been attempting to resolve a roofing claim with AdjustPro Solutions for more than two years, yet the matter remains unresolved. Throughout this process, I have received inconsistent and often contradictory information from multiple representatives, with no clear explanation of my claim's status and no meaningful progress toward completing the necessary repairs. Despite repeated assurances that the work would be performed, my roof has not been replaced.

As a direct result of these ongoing delays, the condition of my property has continued to deteriorate. What began as a roofing issue has now caused additional damage to the interior of my home, including damage to my ceilings. When I contacted my insurance company for clarification, I was informed that AdjustPro Solutions had already received and cashed a payment of $6,714 related to this claim. Despite receiving these funds, the company has failed to complete the work or provide a satisfactory explanation for the prolonged delay.

Communication with AdjustPro Solutions has been consistently poor and has recently become virtually nonexistent. I am no longer able to reach a live representative despite numerous attempts. On one occasion alone, I called 11 times in a single day without receiving a response. I have continued calling daily, but the phone lines go unanswered regardless of the menu options selected.

In the meantime, the condition of my roof has worsened significantly. Due to recent severe weather, my roof is now leaking into my home, creating an immediate risk of further interior damage. In addition, shingles are being blown off and accumulating on the roof and around the property, raising serious concerns about the structural integrity of the roof and the potential for additional damage.
