Actualtest.com is a complete scam. Upon signing up, no where does it say that there is a limit to 5 exam engines per month, when you download them after 5, it blocks you out and you cannot get any authorization codes till the next month. Which really doesn't matter because the auth codes just do not work at all. I have emailed their support which is a joke because there is only 1 person in the "company" his name is Andrew. He is the most incompetent ignorant useless piece of *** I have ever dealt with. If he does respond, it is with an answer that has nothing to do with the question I asked. I have asked constantly for a refund and those requests never get answered. Their PDF exams are completely inaccurate. The answers are wrong on most of the questions and are unreliable. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY on this company. Your money can be better spend buying a training kit for the exams you need to take. PLEASE DO NOT BE TEMPTED TO BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED WITH 0% CHANCE OF GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK!
I purchased Actualtests "Lifetime" "Unlimited" membership in 2004. I only access the site once every two or three years. I accessed it a couple of years ago, it is now 2019, and downloaded some PDF to review.
I tried it just a few days ago and I could login but I could not access the PDFs. I've been back and forth with them about the reason my access was cut off and all they will say is, "If you want it back produce your receipt from when you paid for it"
I would think a reputable and honorable institution would have said records themselves and are banking on no one actually keeping receipts of this kind from that many years ago. I have emails dating back to 2005 with them acknowledging I am getting said emails because I am member and yet they still claim they can't find my information.
I don't know if their questions and answers are legitimate because I've never used them to take an exam.
I just review them from time to time to see what they've got.
Based on some of the reviews I've read here it's probably a good thing I didn't use their material.
I just expect "Lifetime Unlimited Access" to be just that.
Like everyone else, they wiped out my lifetime membership I have had since 2009, maybe longer. This site has old stuff anyways. Don't waste your money with them.
Same issue with me purchased lifetime membership 10+ years ago for $99. I had just downloaded the PMP questions less than a year ago and just recently as 3 months ago the A+ questions, now I can log in but do not have access to the exams and my invoice has vanished from the list.
Same story as everybody else. Unlimited membership purchased way back in 2004. I had my receipt in PDF format which included date, total, and invoice number. It's obvious that they are just cleaning out their old unlimited access accounts. It's probably for the best in any case since any content on this site is of dubious value. I think the goal is to get either a new purchase out of somebody and/or credit card numbers.

what's really happening in actual tests...
I purchased my unlimited membership back in early 2006, I had access to the PDF downloads back in June 2017 . Now I am being told by support that I need to provide them with proof of my invoice / transaction ID. My invoice for my unlimited membership disappeared from the site over the the last two months. I have tied to reach out to support and keep getting the run around . This is so wrong I will find another business that is honest . ActualTests is now on my list of vendors that I will warn everyone in my network to stay away from.
I subscribed to actualtests.com with $149 payment for lifetime access in 2010.In Aug, 2017 my subscription is suspended without notice.
When I raised query, these crooks wants me to produce invoice of purchase in 2010. Who cares invoice after 7 years. They responsed with "We've checked our bank records and couldn't find your payment. Do you have any payment receipts from your purchase?

A real bunch of crooks.I also gone through some complaints on sites and found that they are doing this a their core practices and cheat the innocent customers.

I forwarded welcome to actualtest email and those asking for reset my password emails to them. They said this mean nothing. The last time I was downloaded in March and they said I am not paid for the membership? Also, most of update exams were not really updated. I paid $99.99 back in 2009 for lifetime exam access. I was able to download PDF as recently as about a month or two ago.
The other day I logged in to get the most recent PDF for an exam I am taking in four weeks only to find I no longer have access to the exam PDFs. I also found that my invoice on their site magically disappeared. Needless to say, I was in a panic.
I sent them an email, and received the same type of response from them as others have described - they have no record of me paying, and request that I provide them with records of payment. Who knows what credit card they used (let alone keeps the receipt) for an 8-year-old charge?
I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission, and encourage everyone else who has found they have lost their access to the exams with Actual Tests do the same. The more complaints the FTC receives, the more likely we'll see something happen.
Just a quick update to my post above it appears www.actualtests.com has reappeared in a duplicate form under the following www.actualtests.me so if i were you i would stay clear.
Exactly the same experience myself with ActualTests, I had a paid up "Lifetime" membership and suddenly access is no longer available. I logged in and downloaded my invoice to send as proof of purchase. Multiple emails were sent over multiple weeks and zero reply's were received.
I went on today just in case things had been fixed but comms were bad and like others the invoice had magically disappeared? Quick Google latter and spotted this post. So please do avoid this company, they will literally just take you money for nothing don't learn the hard way.
And if you stumble across this post like i did just leave a quick post on your experience to keep this post as high up on the search results as you wont see any money again so helping to ensuring no more money goes to ActualTests will be your only victory.

I purchased the product way back in 2005 for $99. In the past I could access any pdf file, now I can only login to the members area but not access to any content. I have contacted "support" and they have asked for a bank statement ( 12 years ago !). I had proof of an invoice and in it is shows that the $99 has been paid.
I've logged on again today and they (I say they - it could be just a one man band - Andrew) and they have removed my invoice details.
Sent then another email today.
As previous people have said, this is a SCAM.
Save your money and don't go anywhere near this site.
This just happened to me! I purchased it in 05 as well, I used to be able to access everything. I went in last week to get some information and I couldn't access anything! I have been talking to their support and gave them my invoice number, they asked for my email address and then no response. I emailed again, they said they need my invoice, log in to get it and now it's gone! Are you kidding me! Print your invoice! all I have is the invoice number and I am sure they are not going to honor it!
Almost Exact same story here too.. I purchased my $99 unlimited lifetime product back in 2007 and now I try to access the site, got an email that said send us your receipt, which I DID... not just an invoice number but the actual screen print of the 2007 invoice and they haven't responded to any of my half dozen emails.. SCAM
And I just finished taking a security exam a few months ago (and had access at that time in April)... and the tests are not the greatest quality anyway.. the questions that were on the test and what I studied for were not very accurate. I tried logging in now in July/August and now I've got no access and no email responses whatsoever.. SCAM
Can't even do a netlookup on them because they've hidden their dns and IP information.. For some reason they don't want to be found.. They don't want any public displayed information.. There plan is to take your money.. let you enjoy the site for a while and screw you after x amount of time.. there intent is to have you purchase the engines that are only available for 6-12 months, kind of like a drug dealer.. get you hooked, make you dependent on them and then screw you over.. SCAM
Don't bother with this site, not worth it.. I've dealt with this Andrew before as well and have never had a reply from anybody else over my time with them.. It probably is a One man band.. They (Andrew) sucks, he's unprofessional, it's a real shame.. because the idea is good but the fact is, he's weeding out the lifetime access membership and screwing over his customers.. SCAM
Also got done in by actualtests. Wrote the Oracle OCP exam, and about 90 % of questions in the Virtual Exams I bought from them, showed up in the OCP exam, but the results showed I only hot 24% correct. Since then I cannot get any feedback/response from actual tests on any of their email addresses. This is $263 down the drain, including my 180$ exam fee. Should have stayed with testking.com - I understand now why actual tests are so much cheaper than the rest. Cheap = Fake
ActualTest are a SCAM, however, if you weren't trying to cheat they wouldn't be able to rip you off... learn the material and take a proper exam SIMPLE!
The real criminals are the company's who build/provide the exams. Saying that if you are certified you are more valuable in the field. Just a big fuss to keep the money flowing. Tell me is it justified to ask 187eu for a Cisco exam when you can pass it in 30 minutes or less? So if you can cheat to pass it, it will save you time, time which you can spend with your family and friends which has more meaning than any technical exam. But hey what do i know, that's just my opinion.
I agree- I also emailed them and they say that the test will be updated n 3 weeks tme- it alsmost 2 months now and I have emaled them again- no response
Ive sent several emails to actualtest to see why so many of their security+ questions were wrong and received a response that the production team were working on it. That was over a month ago no resolution. They used to have quality products but now they are just junk. They must have bitten more than they can chew with having all the additional vendors. They should be ashamed of themselves selling such an inferior products.
Stay away from actualtests.com... the (sample) exams are not helpful in anyway...
The tests they offer have very little content that pertains to the actual exams by Microsoft
Their testing format is outdated and is completely different to the actual Microsoft exam format.
Their exam questions have you study the wrong topics
The test exams have miss spellings and incorrect answers to their irrelevant questions
Don't throw your money away...
If you want to throw your money away... spend the $150.00 on the Microsoft Test of your choice.. go in cold.

Purchased their unlimited package in www.actualtests.com, questions are not updated and its is old patterns, i did not see single question form Actualtest dump question( i have written 70-461 : Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012 and 70-462 : Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012 Databases papers).
Real exam is totally different questions and patterns used. Actualtest customer care replied "don't study alone our product and it is just for examples" .
Don't buy any scribe from Actualtest.com and waste your money.

Hey hey hey, these guys reside in Pakistan. I sent them email asking them of their unlimited offer. The plot was for them to reply me so that I can check the origin of their emails. They quickly got back to me and when I checked the email was originating from Pakistan. To be sure, I replied them asking them where are they based. It took them three days to reply with "We are in UK. Please feel free to contact me in case of further queries." That was the end. I quit immediately. I advise before you buy anything of this sort from unpopular websites, please email them and then check the origin of their email.

I'm an IT professional and at some extent I have developed bad habits that I found reaching my goals in configuring servers and commissioning Enterprise networks not necessarily using the Microsoft methods. Microsoft don't approve this.
I realize that since Server 2000 and always tried to stick to Microsoft style when taking exams.
I purchased atualtests in a hope to find out what things they are trying to test you on, so I based on actual tests Q&As I built a study program that I would fully understand... Useless. Like a joke, by looking at the Q&As from actual tests I thought that would be easy... I was so wrong as their Q&As. Nowhere near. It was damaging because it steered me away from the normal study path. This was a Bad investiment and a lesson to learn not to try to cheat.
I have contacted billing@actualtests.com, support@actualtests.com and sales@actualtests.com and they reminded me to read their guarantee page on they website http://www.actualtests.com/guarantee.htm so I accept that I cannot make a claim.
If you do this you will lose too, their content is irrelevant.

Purchased their unlimited package in 2009. Note, I always utilize self paced study resources with Actualtest resources. I had success with my first three exams using Actual Teat resources. However, the past two exams have been big fat failures! The info from Actualtests for first failed exam didn't even yield at most 25% of the questions I encountered on first or second retake exam attempts. The supposed "newly updated" as Feb. 7, 2012 version which was utilized for the second exam attempt was in fact NOT an update at all. When comparing both of my original downloads, they both showed a creation date of December 2010! There was no difference between the two. NO revision date existed at all! The next big failure exam there was NOT ONE OF ACTUALTEST QUESTIONS WAS ON IT! I failed the test basically by one question based on the other self paced resources I studied & on the job training! I had downloaded several of Actualtest exams including the supposed "newest" updated exam during study preparation of months. The date of 12-14-11 is the same creation date for all of them again with no revision date. The data on each download was EXACTLY THE SAME. The same incorrect answers & formatting errors persisted on each. Of course when contacting Actualtest for my REFUND since I did not pass two of the exams utilizing info from them as guaranteed...I received a non personalized response that had nothing to do with my experience. It stated that NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN & TO WATCH FOR UPDATED EXAMS. WTF? I am also in a never ending back and forth email loop with them currently...14 emails & counting so far! WILL NEVER USE ACTUALTEST AGAIN & URGING MY PEERS TO DO THE SAME!
I have been using Actualtest for over a year prepping for the VCP410 tests. They recently updated the test engine and this is when I discovered the old engine had many incorrect answers. When I inquired about this after comparing the new engine withe the old engine and providing Actualtest with proof all they tell me is "use the updated engine." They refused to refund me for the bad engine prep tests I have been using for the past year and half. Beware if Actualtest has upgraded the test engine for the product you are using
I have bought Unlimited Package in 2007. Had access to all PDFs and three codes to each engine.
Right now have just access to PDFs and nothing else, no explenation no information nothing at all.

I also bought Unlimited Package in 2007 and had been using this sight for quite a long time until early 2017 when Actual Tests revoked my access for no reason at all. I complained and their response was to show a proof of purchase or invoice. This is a purchase that was made by my credit card 10 years back and have changed accounts since then.
They did the same thing to me, I think people are seeing that they are worthless and they need to generate income so why not delete the accounts and say they dont have them so you can pay again. Besides, their business is in the tanker and they need to get paid to work.
I too got ripped off by "Andrew". He is the most UNPROFESSIONAL person ever, we have been in a back and forth heated email exchange, there is NO WAY he will give back money or offer guarantees like other reputable sites do. Took the SSCP exam and NOT ONE question showed up. I lost about $350 for unlimited and the engine but now don't use and have just simply scratched that money off to a loss. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE!
