I paid $30/month for about 2 years for an Adobe Acrobat account that I never used because I couldn't figure out how to log in because I didn't know what email it was connected to. I also couldn't figure out how to cancel for the same reason. Finally, I realized that the charges listed on my bank statment had a number that started with 800, so I theorized that was a phone number. I called that number and got a human being right away. Not only did they cancel my account, but they refunded me 7 months-worth of payments without me even asking.
Recommendation: Yes, Adobe is great. Check your bank statments for customer service phone number.
