Jay came out and serviced my Furnace. He always does an excellent job. I highly recommend Action Air. They replaced my HVAC System and did a great job of installation last year or so. Thank you, Action Air.

Grant did a great job installing new gas lines for me today and some additional plumbing work. He is always on time and very professional. He also gets things done quickly and done right the first time. If you need a great plumber you should call Grant.

Kelton did a great job diagnosing the problem with my AC. He was very professional and courteous. Another AC service provider had come to my house yesterday, and told me I needed to replace the condensing unit ($5,130). Kelton fixed the problem for $200 (a faulty water level switch).

Action Air was professional and polite, and arrived within the time window I was given for my yearly furnace "tune up". He let me know what will probably need attention at next inspection, and that my furnace is "good to go" for this winter season. I appreciate that Action Air always calls before the tech heads to my home. I've been very happy with this company.

I called Action Air to come out for what I thought would be an easy fix since the air conditioner wouldn't come on. After meticulously troubleshooting the issue, the technician located the problem but had to order a new part. Very friendly and very courteous the entire time he was here plus followed the recommended safety precautions by wearing a mask and gloves the entire time.

I have used Action Air services since I bought my house in 2014. I have replaced my furnace and A/C also with them and I am very happy to say. Their employees are by far the best in the industry. They don't try to hide anything, if a mistake was done with the install they send someone right away to fix and make it right. I am glad to be a client of ActionAir! Keep it up guys and gals

I had a situation where my central air based heat pump system was no longer providing cooling. I called Action Air as a third party who did not install my system 9 years earlier by another outfit to assess the system. They came out and were polite enough and told me my condenser unit failed in my outdoor heat pump and suggested a system replacement. After asking about repair, I was told that repairing the failed unit compared to a system replacement would essentially be a wash as I would have to replace my indoor electric furnace as well as the outdoor heat pump. At that point, I decided to get a second opinion from the company that installed the existing system. Their technician came out in within thirty minutes, diagnosed the system, and determined that the coil in the indoor electric furnace was failing and preventing refrigerant from flowing through the system. I was informed that I still had a parts warranty and the coil replacement would cost me approximately $1,000. The quote from this outfit to replace my system was around $8,000. Needless to say, I opted for the coil replacement and now my system is running fine. The diagnosis from this outfit was predatory in my opinion. Always get a second opinion.
