ACPNY Mixed Experience at ACPNY: Quality Care and Cleanliness, but Lack of Punctuality and Attention to Detail

I recently visited ACPNY and was surprised by the lack of punctuality among the staff. It seems that they are unaware of the fact that their workday is supposed to begin at 8am. Instead, the technicians leisurely stroll in at this time and then proceed to take a breakfast break. On the day of my visit, they were even provided with free bagels, which they enjoyed while the rest of us watched. I found it quite odd that they would choose to eat in a blood lab, of all places.

Aside from this initial observation, I did find the staff to be knowledgeable and helpful during my visit. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, which is always a plus. However, I did notice a few spelling and grammar errors on some of the informational materials provided to patients. While this may seem like a minor issue, it does detract from the overall professionalism of the organization.

Overall, I would recommend ACPNY for their quality of care and cleanliness. However, I do hope that they can work on improving their punctuality and attention to detail in the future.

ACPNY Unprofessional Lab with Late Appointments and Lazy Technicians - Disappointing Experience

This place is not very professional at all. I have had multiple experiences where they start appointments late, which is frustrating. I tried to find a place to complain on the acpny website, but couldn't find anything. It's disappointing that they don't have a way for customers to voice their concerns.

The technicians seem to be quite lazy and are never on time. It's surprising that there isn't any management supervision to ensure that they are doing their job properly. The receptionist also seems to waste a lot of time trying to turn on the computer. It's unclear whether the computer system is just really bad or if the receptionist needs to go back to school to learn how to turn it on properly.

Overall, I don't think I will be coming back to this lab. It seems like things are only getting worse and I don't want to waste my time dealing with unprofessionalism.

ACPNY Outdated and Incorrect Advice from ACPNY Nurse: My Disappointing Experience with Jennie at 154 W 71st Street Office in NYC

I recently had an experience with ACPNY and unfortunately, it was not a positive one. The care team member I interacted with was not only unresponsive, but also gave me outdated and incorrect advice. I specifically dealt with Jennie, a nurse at the office located at 154 W 71st street in NYC. Not only did she stick to her outdated information, but the doctor there did as well.

Jennie was not only rude, but also lacked basic courtesy. She insisted that I get Prevnar 13, which has actually been discontinued. Additionally, she insisted that there was no such thing as Prevnar 20. It was frustrating to deal with such outdated care team members who were not up-to-date with current medical information.

Overall, I would not recommend ACPNY based on my experience. It is important to have a healthcare team that is knowledgeable and up-to-date with current medical information. I would suggest seeking out a different healthcare office and doctors who are more reliable and informed.

ACPNY Review of Advantage Care Physicians: Difficult to Get Appointments and Frustrating Policies

Advantage Care Physicians, or ACPNY, is a healthcare provider that offers appointments for patients. However, based on my experience, it can be quite difficult to get an appointment with them. They usually schedule appointments for 6 to 8 weeks in advance, which can be quite inconvenient if you have an urgent health problem.

Moreover, ACPNY has a tendency to cancel appointments, which can be frustrating for patients who have already waited weeks for their appointment. In fact, based on my experience, they cancel appointments 70% of the time. This can be quite inconvenient and can cause patients to miss out on important healthcare services.

In addition, ACPNY has a policy of denying healthcare services to patients who do not reschedule their appointments. This can be quite problematic, especially if you have a more pressing healthcare issue that needs to be addressed immediately. In my case, I had to use an out-of-plan doctor and pay out of pocket because ACPNY was unable to provide me with the healthcare services that I needed.

Finally, if you have an urgent health problem and call ACPNY, they will usually tell you to go to the emergency room. While this may be acceptable in some cases, it is not always the best solution. In my opinion, ACPNY should be able to provide patients with the healthcare services they need, especially if they have an urgent health problem.

Overall, while ACPNY may be a healthcare provider, their policies and practices can be quite frustrating for patients. If you are looking for a healthcare provider that is reliable and responsive to your needs, you may want to consider other options.

ACPNY Review of ACPNY: Affordable Healthcare Provider in NYC

ACPNY is a healthcare provider that is available for those who are in need of medical attention but may not have the financial means to go to other healthcare providers. They have offices located throughout New York City and other areas, making it convenient for those who live in the area. The doctors at ACPNY may not always be the friendliest, but they do their job and provide medical attention to those who need it.

If you are someone who is looking for a provider that will treat you with the utmost care and respect, then ACPNY may not be the best choice for you. However, if you are someone who is in need of medical attention and has no other options, then ACPNY is a great choice. The doctors at ACPNY may not always be the most welcoming, but they will provide you with the medical attention that you need.

One thing to keep in mind is that ACPNY is not the most luxurious healthcare provider out there. They are more like the "super cuts" of doctors offices, meaning that they are a bit more basic than other healthcare providers. However, this does not mean that they do not provide quality medical attention.

Overall, ACPNY is a great choice for those who are in need of medical attention but may not have the financial means to go to other healthcare providers. While the doctors may not always be the friendliest, they will provide you with the medical attention that you need. If you are someone who is looking for a more luxurious healthcare provider, then ACPNY may not be the best choice for you. However, if you are in need of medical attention and have no other options, then ACPNY is a great choice.

ACPNY ACPNY Fails to Provide Covid Testing, Endangers Students' Lives

I gotta say, I'm pretty embarrassed to admit that ACPNY is my go-to for healthcare. I mean, I recently got exposed to Covid and they couldn't even hook me up with an appointment! And get this, I'm a teacher and my students were exposed too! They sent me to some office that was a whole 45 minutes away just to tell me they don't do testing unless I'm getting some kind of procedure done. Like, seriously? Then I had to drive all the way back home, feeling like a total chump. Meanwhile, my boss is waiting on my test results so she can let all the families know if their kids were exposed. And ACPNY just straight up refused to help me out. It's disgusting, man. They clearly don't give a crap about anyone's health. And let me tell you, this is NOT okay. Kids' lives are at stake here, and I wouldn't be surprised if someone ends up suing them over this.

ACPNY ACPNY: Great Physicians, Terrible Scheduling - A Review

The staff and physicians at ACPNY (acpny.com) don't seem to care about their patients' time and scheduled visits. It's rare to never be seen on time, and I've never waited less than an hour for a scheduled visit. However, if a patient is fifteen minutes late, they're made to reschedule. The staff is pretty efficient, but the management of the facility needs extensive work.

As a patient who's been with the practice since the age of 5-35 and now brings my child, and my parent is also a member, I don't feel like I should have to change practices. The practice needs to change to fit the needs of the population it serves. After all, without patients, what is a practice?

I've written to directors of the facility in the past, and yet to see any change. It's frustrating to see that they don't seem to care about their patients' time. It's not just me; I've heard other patients complain about the same issue. It's a shame because the physicians are knowledgeable and caring, but the management needs to step up and make changes.

I hope that in the future, ACPNY will take their patients' time seriously and make changes to improve their scheduling system. It's not fair to make patients wait for hours when they have other things to do. I still recommend ACPNY for their physicians' expertise, but be prepared to wait a while for your appointment.

ACPNY Disappointing Experience at ACPNY's New Bethpage Location: Inconsistent Billing Policy and Lack of Communication

I've been a patient of ACPNY for over 20 years, specifically at their Hicksville location. However, I recently had a scheduled appointment at their new Bethpage location (as of 2/24/21) and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I was informed of a new billing policy that had never been in place before, even during my last visit with my primary care physician just three months ago. This inconsistency in administration and billing policy is only present at the new Bethpage facility, which is frustrating and confusing for patients like myself.

Unfortunately, I was unable to receive treatment due to this new policy. It's disheartening to see that in the midst of a pandemic, healthcare providers are still prioritizing profit over patient care. It's unclear whether this policy is a result of pressure from big pharma, insurance companies, or the doctors themselves, but either way, it's a disappointing situation.

To make matters worse, I was also informed that my former primary care physician, who I had been seeing for years, was only handling COVID-related appointments and that I would have to see a new physician. However, I later found out that this was not the case at all. This lack of communication and misinformation is unacceptable and further adds to the frustration of the situation.

Overall, I would not recommend ACPNY to anyone looking for reliable and consistent healthcare. It's a far cry from what it once was during the HIP days. I suggest finding another healthcare provider that values patient care over profit.

ACPNY Mixed Feelings About ACPNY: Convenient but Limited Options, Focused on Profit Over Patient Care

I have been going to ACPNY for a while now, and I have mixed feelings about it. On one hand, they offer a lot of services and have many centers, like the one in North Babylon. But on the other hand, I feel like I am stuck with them and don't have many options.

Recently, I became eligible for Medicare, which means I have more choices when it comes to healthcare providers. I was happy to see my doctor, who I really like and who treats me like a person, for a longer visit. It turns out that Medicare pays more than my previous insurance company, so I was able to have a real conversation with my doctor and get some good advice.

My doctor suggested that I see a specialist, but the one she recommended was not in her center. I had to travel 10 miles to see the specialist, but it was worth it because the doctor was really good. If I had stayed with my primary doctor, I might have ended up in trouble.

One thing I don't like about ACPNY is that they seem to be focused on making money. They have a pharmacy on the main floor, which is convenient, but I can't help feeling like they are trying to make more money off of me. It's like they are saying "ka-ching!" every time they give me a prescription.

I have a neighbor who also goes to ACPNY, and he is the type of person who comes with a list of questions every time he visits. I almost feel sorry for his doctor, because he asks such good questions and really wants to understand his health.

Overall, I have mixed feelings about ACPNY. They offer a lot of services and have many centers, but I feel like I am stuck with them and don't have many options. I wish they would focus more on patient care and less on making money.

ACPNY Mixed Experience at ACPNY: Good Doctors, Poor Website, and No Medicare

This place, ACPNY, is a mixed bag depending on which location you visit. I've had to deal with some not-so-great doctors before finding the good ones. It wasn't too hard though, just let them know you don't want to see the MD you didn't like next time. The North Babylon clinic is well-managed and the staff is friendly (mostly). I really like my PCP there. Hicksville is decent too, but Babylon is definitely better. I can't speak for the other locations as it really depends on who's in charge and how many patients they have.

However, I had to take off two stars because of how the company operates as a medical service entity. They don't accept Medicare anymore and I'm not sure whose fault that is, ACPNY or Medicare. It's probably a bit of both since Medicare has been going downhill under the current leadership in Washington.

The website is also a major issue. If you want to upload a photo, the resolution is limited to just a few hundred pixels. This is ridiculous in this day and age! With cloud services, we should be able to upload high-definition photos of possible carcinomas and other medical issues. This is especially important now that most visits are virtual due to COVID. There's also no way to post complaints or suggestions on the website. This is just bad business - you should never ignore your customers. A lot of their patients are on Medicaid, so they tend to ignore their input on a corporate level. Appointments with specialists can take months to get, and I know they don't pay them well and only keep one or two per specialty. That being said, I did like the specialists I saw once I finally got to see them.

In summary, ACPNY really needs to step up their game with their website. Patients should be able to upload high-res images easily. All they need to do is limit how much data you can keep for images. It's so simple to do and the cost of storage is practically nothing these days. Even that low cost can be managed by setting a reasonable limit on image data stored. One high-res 4x5 photo is only 2 megapixels or 5 MB - this is not a lot of storage space, especially for a medical service. High-speed internet is 100 MB/sec for comparison. I even tried to upload a photo for this review, but it was rejected by their website. It was only 3.5 MB, so I had to shrink it down to a 354 kB photo that lacked any detail.

ACPNY Disappointing Experience at ACPNY: Unprofessional Staff and Long Wait Times

I went to ACPNY and it was not a good experience. I had to wait for an hour after my appointment time, which was frustrating. The staff was unprofessional and rude. They didn't seem to know what they were doing and I didn't feel like they cared about me as a patient. It was a disappointing experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

ACPNY Mixed Experience at ACPNY: Great Doctors, Rude Receptionists, and Long Wait Times

I recently visited ACPNY (acpny.com) for a routine check-up and was quite disappointed with the receptionists' behavior. They seemed to be always in a bad mood and were not very welcoming. I couldn't help but wonder if it was because of my hijab, or if they were just naturally impolite.

Despite the receptionists' behavior, the doctors and nurses were quite professional and friendly. They took the time to listen to my concerns and answered all my questions. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, which was a relief.

One thing that I found a bit frustrating was the wait time. I had to wait for almost an hour before I could see the doctor. However, I understand that they were probably busy, so I didn't mind waiting.

Overall, my experience at ACPNY was mixed. While the doctors and nurses were great, the receptionists could use some improvement in their customer service skills. I hope that they can work on this and make the experience more pleasant for everyone.

In conclusion, if you're looking for a medical facility that has great doctors and nurses, ACPNY is a good option. However, be prepared to deal with some rude receptionists and long wait times.

ACPNY Disappointing Experience with ACPNY: Incompetence and Inhuman Medical Care

I recently had an experience with ACPNY (acpny.com) that left me feeling extremely disappointed. The service I received was nothing short of shocking. If I could give them a negative rating, I definitely would. It's a real shame to see how even the nicest and most intelligent people can get caught up in a web of incompetence and inhuman medical care.

From the moment I walked in, I could tell that something was off. The staff seemed disorganized and unprepared, and it took forever for me to be seen by a doctor. When I finally did get to see someone, they seemed rushed and disinterested in my concerns. It was like they were just going through the motions, without any real care or concern for my well-being.

To make matters worse, the facilities themselves were in a state of disrepair. The waiting room was dirty and cramped, and the exam rooms were dingy and poorly lit. It was clear that no one had taken the time to properly maintain the space, and it left me feeling uneasy about the quality of care I was receiving.

Overall, my experience with ACPNY was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this service to anyone, and I will definitely be looking elsewhere for my medical needs in the future. It's a real shame to see such a promising service fall so far short of its potential.
