Ace Golf Cart Covers review: Zero customer service... Do not waste your money...

Brief synopsis. My golf cart gets limited use. My cart is stored at the local golf club under lock and key. Also I am in my late 50's so rough riding is not on my mind... So to the story, 10 months after installation an "L" bracket on the header bar broke due to stress from the original bend to create the "L" so I contacted ACE, their support system reported my problem to Doorworks and my claim was denied within minutes, so I supplied photos proving my point and they still denied, said they could not warranty a broken weld unless it failed within the first few months (it was not a failed weld, it was cheap materials with a design flaw). They still denied it and I am positive they understood they were in the wrong. Anyway I would steer clear of this bunch.
