Purchased a 6.8 L V-10 from this "business". 10,000 miles after installation, cylinder 7 starts losing compression, took a few weeks to finally get in touch with somebody. I even spoke with the owner "Lenny", who immediately flew into defending his company, saying it was anything but a faulty engine. Finally got them to send a BOL to have it picked up. Got a phone call from "the shop" asking me what was wrong with the engine...ARE YOU SERIOUS? No communication amongst themselves, let alone with their customers. I sent the engine to them in a heavy duty hard plastic tote, it came back in a dented cardboard box, laying on it's side, not cradled! Had to pay another $500 just to get my engine back, even though it was their shotty workmanship. I called and asked them for my tote back, they want me to pay another $600 to get my own tote back when they screwed up?!?!?!?!?!? DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS!

Recommendation: avoid at all costs
