Acculevel review: Leveling interior floor in living room

My daughter and I contacted Acculevel to help level my floor in her living room. They said it needed 3 floor jacks with a steel beam. We went ahead with what they proposed to do the job. They said after about 6 months they would come back and do an adjustment if needed. We tried over the past year to get them to come back out and assess the work to see if further adjustments were needed. They came back once and added another jack further down the basement ceiling. This jack was not the right size. I have spent the last month trying to get them to contact me for the adjustment, but no one will call me back. I have tried contacting the salesman Jackson Oliver and the office four times and twice thru the internet. Customer service after the sales is horrible.
