I like how they send follow-up emails asking for feedback - it’s nice knowing they value what customers think. I’ve been playing Genshin Impact for a while, but I was getting tired of grinding for those 5-star characters, so I decided to try buying an account with a few maxed-out heroes. The account I got had some good characters - Venti, Keqing, and a couple of others - but it didn’t have the artifacts and resources I expected for an account at this level. I thought I’d be able to just jump in and crush the harder content, but the lack of upgraded weapons and decent artifacts made it harder than I anticipated. I did reach out to customer support, and they were quick to reply, offering some tips and even suggesting I upgrade a few things to get more out of the account. That was helpful, but I still felt like it didn’t quite meet the hype. The account was delivered fast, and it wasn’t a bad experience overall - it’s just not as optimized as I hoped for the price. If you’re looking for something with a little more polish, this might not be it, but it’s still a solid option for someone looking to bypass the grind at a lower cost
