I purchased Instagram accounts dated 2019. The listing stated the format as follows:
login:password:email login:email password:2FA code:backup codes (code_1, code_2, code_3, code_4, code_5)
However, when I received the products, the accounts were delivered in the following format:
login:password:2FA
The delivered accounts do not match the format described in the listing. When I contacted the technical team, they did not provide assistance. If the accounts do not include email, it is impossible to deliver them in the format specified in the listing, which is misleading. I request that the site correct this issue and compensate me for my loss.
