I noticed my mortgage payments were much larger than usual, so I called Bank of America to inquire and they told me National Union Insurance Co. is charging me for insurance I did not aurthorize. I've tried several times to cancel the insurance but everytime I call the computer is either down or they are closed(I've called five times). I cannot cancel this policy and I would like to take legal actions.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

Never even heard of this company, somehow have an insurance policy. Best thing was when I gave them my so called "consent" I was on deployment. Looks like them and US Bank have formed this little scam, never get any answers and everything is a runaround.
I just recently noticed that $71 dollars is being automatically deducted from my fathers bank account and has been for several years. Dad has dementia and couldn't have authorized this.
they have been taking withdrawals from my checking account for some time now cant say exactly when it started. would like them to cease from taking my money for their purposes and not getting anything for it.
You have been charging $29.85 to my US Bank account every 3 months. You charged $29.85 on March 10,2023 and again $29.85 on June 12, 2023. I did not authorize this payment and want this charge to stop or I will file fraud charges with my bank.
