I ordered cat food almost two weeks ago. It has still not been delivered even after a call from Absolute. I have requested a refund and got no response. They claim it was delivered. The initials on the delivery are not mine. I suspect it may have been delivered to the wrong address, but the matter has not been resolved and requests for a refund have not been addressed. This food is not cheap and now I am out of food. I don't have transport and was waiting for this specialised food. I would not purchase from them online.
Recommendation: Don't purchase from them online.
