ABRA Auto Body is slow! My car according to Insurance Co. should take 21 days to repair, BUT ABRA took 47 days +3 more days on return. When they did return it the first time, there was overspray in several place, even covering the sunroof, I had to make several trips back to get the overspray buffed off. Just time and milage, to me but they don't pay attention to detail. Also a warning light was still on, it wasn't on before accident, after the 3 day return it was finally repaired. Granted this was a new hybrid but 50 days to fix a warning light? Not a major accident no airbags went off. WORKMANSHIP-SLOW, DETAIL- DIDN'T SEEM TO CARE, QUAILITY-well they LIE.
P.S. I dealt with both 29th Street and Sparta locations and they both treated me and my new car the same, didn't really give a damn. After affirming availability ABRA on 29th St they left my car sitting for a week, sent my car to Sparta and they left it sitting for 2 weeks, so NO one was working on my car for 3 weeks and I was paying for a rental total rental to me was over $3000.
Recommendation: HOPING YOU DON'T HAVE THE SAME EXPERIENCE AS I DID! Lots of body shops out there, so choose carefully.
