Couple of months ago I started to work as a tutor in ABC360. I was teaching Chinese students and at the beginning it was ok, but now I have three new students. They are my nightmare, because they behave very rude and sometimes threaten me. I told the manager and he promised to tell with these students, but it was only promises. The situation remained the same. I think to quit this job.

I would like to highlight my experience going through as a tutor applicant in your company.I'll talk you through on how things started and end.

While browsing for work from home part time jobs in Indeed, I came across your advertisement looking for Part Time Tutors of English to children in Chin which will be paid $10-15 (USD)/hour.
I was excited and applied. Days later, I was contacted by the recruiter named Gail for a brief interview and talked about my whereabouts, past work experience etc. After that she sent me an email afterwards regarding the completion
of requirements to proceed which includes: written exam, recording exam, confirm if I have a computer, headset (even bought a new one cos it was broken), internet coonection within your requirement etc.
Once completed I was scheduled for an online teaching exam with her. AFter passing, I was scheduled for another teaching exam with the trainer. Before the 2nd teaching exam, I made sure I'm well prepared and made DIY props and bought
other teaching materials. I also went to my internet provider to upgrade my line to ensure quality teaching to children.

On the day of my 2nd teaching exam with the trainer, it was a lovely time and I had a fun time. She then informed me to complete the rest of the requirements and liaise with HR (which I assumed I got in!). I checked and yes I think I got the job.
I started preparing to complete the remaining requirements when suddenly my curiosity striked as to how much rate would I be getting, what if I don't have BPI account to receive my salary and if it's possible for me to get more hours to
teach aside from evenings only. So, I messaged Gail on Skype and asked. I was so surprised when she told me about the rate of P105-150 Pesos/hour! I immediately informed her that in the ad it stated USD10-15/hour. She told me it's only for native speakers
and find it very frustrating and discriminating. It is misleading and misrepresentation. I've already spent so much time, effort and money for this, the fact that she knows I'm in AU and in the ads it clearly stated the rate! I emailed Johnny (HR) on 30 Jan to inform him of what was the conversation between Gail and I.
He responded that he will get back to me for an update. On 6 Feb, I emailed again follwoing up for an update. No response until now.

I don't know if you'll take this seriously or you'll just ignore and get away with it.

My purpose is to let you know of what's happening behind the scenes and I may not just be the person who encountered this in your company.Where is the values of your company and employees? Your business is to educate young learners of right values and manners. WHat could have done better? I'm sure you know the answer and should
have highlighted this to your employees as best practice not just for your Clients but also for your applicants and employees themselves.
