ABC Air put in a duct thingy in a spot I said no to and didn't ask me first. They did it all wrong and it's hanging crooked on the wall with a big hole they made and didn't fix. I told them and they won't fix it. They gotta move it where I said and do it right this time. They shouldn't have put it where I said no without asking. It's falling off the wall now cause they did a bad job.

listen up. I got a new AC from ABC Air Conditioning, but now the heat ain't working. Been calling them since Saturday (11/6) and it's now Wednesday (11/10) and nobody's called me back. We spent a ton of cash with them and they ain't doing nothing to fix this. Plus, there's someone real sick in the house and they're getting worse. I told ABC all this and they keep saying they'll call me back, but they ain't. This is messed up and they gotta fix it, especially since they just installed it. They're not doing their job and they're putting someone's life at risk. I want my $7,525.00 back or I'm gonna sue them.

I got a new A/C unit from ABC Air in Oviedo, FL in September . But it started having problems right away (within a day). I called ABC Air and they came out to fix it because it was installed wrong. Then in October , we had problems again and called ABC Air. They came out and "supposedly" fixed it. But then in December , it broke down again twice and ABC Air had to be called to fix it. Then in January , they had to come out again to fix it because it wasn't working. And now in August , I had to call them again because the A/C unit wasn't working. I left a message with the emergency messages for someone to call me and come fix it, but no one called or came out to look at it. I will have to call when they open up. Almost all these calls came down to the "compressor" not working. I asked for a new unit because this one seems to be a "lemon" and breaks down continually, but ABC Air refuses to acknowledge that there is a constant problem. I am tired of continually having problems with this "new" "under warranty" unit! I shouldn't have so many problems with a brand new unit!
