Our air conditioner stopped working correctly on a Sunday, so called first thing Monday morning. A technician (Tommy S.) was assigned to our service call, and we were told he would arrive between 9:00 AM and noon. At slightly after 9:00 he called to advise he was on the way, and arrived between 9:30-9:45. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable, and diagnosed the issue very quickly. He was able to replace what needed replacing, and the unit was functioning correctly upon his departure at around 11:00 AM. We were extremely pleased with the service we received.
