When i noticed the leak in my upstairs master bathroom ceiling I set a ladder and climbed through the closet access door into attic space saw where the water leak was i sprayed stop a leak and set a chafing pan to catch the water. First inspector climbed to the last step on the ladder extended his arm pointing his cell phone camera in the direction of the leak and started clicking photos, i explained the leak was further inwards doubting where he stood he would not be able to capture it on photo. he assured me it was fine. He then went to his truck took out a drone he flew above the roof. i relaxed thinking the drone would be more reliable. Not happy about the inspector failing to go into attic for through assessment. loss report states Wear, tear, deterioration, debris buildup. and maintenance as the cause. Nevertheless, due to enduring years of high velocity winds cause nails to loosen tiles to flap and break, my roommate climbed up the ladder did not have to step on the roof to sprayed stop leak.
AAA did not cover replacing broken tiles. two tiles were purposely left dangling above the back door. AAA was willing to repair water damages but "not" the cause to replace broken tiles?
Claimed loss: I need to gather docs and emails to complete complaint
