I would like to file a complaint about the AAA tow truck company called Carmel Towing Service in Los Angeles.

The driver parked his vehicle facing oncoming traffic and blocking our driveway. He then got out leaving the driver side door completely open and went to service the car behind him. The problem with that car was on the other side. When a family member tried to drive out, they couldn't because the driveway was blocked. I went outside and told him to move the truck. He moved it but when they left he moved the truck back and blocked our driveway again.

I tried to contact AAA but I can't because only members can contact them directly. Not a reliable company if they don't consider hearing complaints from non members.

Desired outcome: AAA should start accepting complaint from non members about the companies that they use.
