We had our home reshingled by A to Z. It was a great experience from start to finish. Ziad and Ali we're both friendly and thorough. Pricewise they were very competitive. No surprises. Crew was on time everyday. Job turned out perfect. Yard was totally clean when they were done. It was a large roof with lots of valleys and they were done and cleaned up in 3 days. Excellent Professional company and upfront customer service. The work was done on time with very reasonable costs without cutting corners. My roof was a challenge having a vaulted ceiling with no attic. The team at A2Z Roofing & Renovations knew their stuff and explained everything in great detail. I trusted them enough not to bother looking elsewhere. All debris was cleaned up thoroughly and they did not leave until they knew I was happy! The experience was amazing from the initial contact with Sarah (who is super awesome and I don't know what she's earning but it should be more!) to the meeting with John for the quote, the crew that showed up to bust their butts in 30+ temps and the final check by Mark. A team from A2Z Roofing & Renovations came to do my roofing at the end of May. I am very proud of their work, everything was done in a good frame of time. All the staff was very polite and diligently answered all my questions. They had to do special arrangements to the roofing of my house with an extension that I had in extra. This company from start to finish is beyond impressive. When they come to give you a quote, you get to see samples and get a great explanation of their products as well as a diagram for venting. The pricing is the most reasonable we found. The workers are so respectful and very conscientious to the home owner. The cleanup was so thorough. The final product is beautiful and you can see how much pride they take in their work! We could not be happier and I would give them 10 stars if possible. We highly recommend this company. From my first call to A2Z Roofing to the finished product, the process was seamless and professional. The call to inquire about their Company, book the estimate meeting with their representative, and scheduling the roof removal and install was ahead of schedule. The roofing team was courteous and professional and left our property as clean as when they arrived, worked extremely hard through the heat. After the job was complete, there were two site visits to follow up and inspect the roof and ensure the job met A2Z's high standards. We called A2Z Roofing to get a quote, and the representative told us it would be about a week to receive. Once we received the quote, we were very impressed that they gave us 3 options listing the warranties for each level as well as which shingles are used for each level. Once we decided, we called the representative to ask for samples of roofing colours which was delivered to us that day. The representative helped us with the correct colour for our house and we are grateful for that. Once we decided, they had the shingles delivered the next day and a couple of days later they were they installing our new roof. The representative was very helpful and told us everything along the way. The crew laid tarps to help with clean up. The clean up was pretty good. We would highly recommend A2Z Roofing to anyone looking to replace or repair your roofing needs. Thank you to the representative, the person who delivered the samples, and the crew to a job well done.

The team at A2Z Roofing have been amazing as we dealt with roof damage from our winter wind storm. From moment one the customer service representative with her quick replies to emails, questions to try and understand our needs and booking to schedule the roofing professionals who attended our home on 3 occasions were fantastic. I'm not sure I have ever met anyone in the trades who was as respectful, knowledgeable and honest as the roofing professional. He took the time to ensure I understood what needed to be done and provided his opinion when I wasn't sure. I also had to communicate with the customer service representative a number of times, and each time she gave me her full attention and answered all my questions. I also received a call from one of the owners who called to ensure I was satisfied with the work and to remind me of the guarantee that they would return if something went wrong in the next year. Kudos to A2Z Roofing and Renovations Ltd. I had both my vinyl siding completely redone (with insulation installed as well) and my roof reshingled. I am very impressed with the amazing job they have done, and that is saying a lot as I am well known to be very picky and hard to please. Their customer service is outstanding. For the roof I was given four quotes depending on the grade of shingles used. Each quote fully explained what would be done and the warranties. A2Z Roofing and Renovations kept me informed of when the work would be done and contacted me upon completion to make sure I was happy with it. The siding job was a challenge as I needed special trim around all my windows to accommodate roll shutters. A2Z Roofing and Renovations rose to the challenge and made a difficult job achievable. He fully explained all my options for insulation and window trim as well as capping for upper window frames and chimney so they never need to be painted again. The crews that worked on the house showed excellent quality workmanship and paid great attention to every detail. They clearly take pride in their work. The crews cleaned up everyday and when the jobs were finished thoroughly cleaned everywhere so not a spec of debris remained. Everyone I dealt with was very concerned that I was completely satisfied. What incredible customer service. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone considering siding or roofing jobs.
