A New Image Heating and Cooling - They put in my HVAC in my new house through the builder
They put in my HVAC in my new house through the builder. They made a furnace duct in the basement, to the upper floors, which has pluming pipes inside of it, against code. The furnace installer left an open pipe off the furnace resulting in water running onto my basement floor. There was a stream and puddling of water. Their installer told me that my city makes them do it that way and would not fix it. I complained to the builder about this ridiculous ongoing stream of water and finally A New Image came out and capped the pipe. The new guy said it was done wrong. I asked for a brochure so that I would know how to work the digital thermostat and they did not know anything about getting one, except to say check the internet.

I hired A New Image for HVAC stuff in October . They did AC, Furnace, & Duct work and I got financing through some company. They started the job in October but we had to do some extra work on our end. They cut some wires without telling us and didn't finish the job properly. I hired an electrician who found out the wires were cut where the duct work was. I contacted them and Josh came but didn't apologize or fix the problem. I called the main office and *** said he was too busy to help. I texted Tony and got some registers but the job still wasn't finished and they didn't fix the wire cutting mistake. I called again and *** said it wasn't their fault and it was an easy fix. We argued for 45 minutes and he agreed to finish the job and give me a $200 refund but nothing has happened yet. I don't think I should have paid in full before the job was done and I want my $200 back and the job finished.
