Its impossible to reach their customer service through phone or email. Sometimes it can take weeks for a reply.

Enrolled in service and selected a function of the service unaware I would be billed $150 to my card at the time. The service was never delivered as stated. I've tried numerous times to contact 7 cups to no avail. Won't return calls and successfuly evade my request to refund my money.

I paid 7cups $150 on 11/29 and another $49 on 12/30 for 2 months of online therapy . I have requested the complete transcript of my therapy sessions, which is a part of my health record and therefore must legally be provided to me, multiple times. They claimed they would provide it but then stopped answering me.

I paid for therapy services for 7 cups of tea, but NEVER heard back from the therapist. Ive tried reaching out to 7 Cups customer service for a refund but I never received a response and its been 2 weeks.Also, since I reached out to the customer service team, my account was mysteriously banned and I was given no reason why.

Date of transaction 5/10 7 cups has consistently ignored my request for a refund. They say they can't locate my account because they deleted it rather than refund me. They charged me $150 and have not tried to resolve the issue. I have attached a screenshot of my initial message from my therapist as proof of my account existing.

I have tried contacting, leaving messages, emailing them and nothing . I got charged 150 and didnt use the services nor do I intend to. I need my 150 back . I didnt agree to it. It was a trial. This company is a scam. I was looking for help for my mental health and this made it worse . Ive been filling out refund request and no one ever contacts me. This site is a scam

I have attempted to obtain a refund due to my lack of use of the service. I reached out 11 days ago and have not received any response in regards to my issue. The company does not have a valid phone number to speak to an agent everything is done through email and I was told I would receive a response within 3-5 business days. I am not sure of what has taken so long but I need some kind of answer.

I signed up with 7cups on the 22nd of July and requested a refund on the 23rd after I realized the site is extremely non user friendly and is not customized to a user's needs. I have emailed the company twice to and they only answered me once to tell me they would find me a therapist, no mention of a refund. I tried calling and no one called me back. I am extremely unhappy with their customer service and want my refund.

I have been trying to contact 7cups for 8 days to resolve a problem and they won't respond. At first I just wanted the issue resolved, but now I need a refund. I paid for therapy on May 3rd and was connected with the wrong therapist. When I tried to fix the problem, nobody would help. I was being ignored for days at a time. All the while, I haven't had access to my therapist. I've attached the emails from May 3rd to today, May 11th.

I got my 50 dollars out of 150 $ that I have paid for the online therapy which I am not happy with the platform provided, I could not get any answers about their refund policy anywhere. The app updated and I was unable to reach out to my therapist again. It told me that I had to sign up for a membership, which required me to pay another $150. I decided not to and I was under the impression that the membership was cancelled. I have been billed $150 for the months of December and January, and I would like a full refund.

My name is ***, First of all, I signed up for your program and was not notified at all at the beginning about how much I will have to pay, how do you tell your customers to input their bank information without displaying how much they will pay? Second of all, after signing up I asked questions to a couple of people but no answer was given to me, this is not fair. I sign up for 7 cups on feb. 1st. I received a welcome email with a phone number for billing questions. I had a question and called the number but its for a property rental company not 7 cups. I chatted with the therapist assigned to me and asked for a new number but she said she could not give it out. I emailed multiple times but still have heard nothing. I start to believe that this must be a scam because I cant find anyone to talk to. I have summited multiple request for a refund but still have not heard from them. I googled a new phone number but I always goes to voice mail. I try the number multiple times a day but nothing.

I subscribed to a therapy online company called 7cups of tea. I chose a therapist and should have been contacted immediately. In the meantime I called for several days and only then did I get a response. I insist on being reimbursed. The fee is very expensive at $150 per month. In addition, and most pressing, I have been trying to cancel my membership to no avail... I called for several days and left my phone number. They have a voicemail stating that they will call back but they have not. They sent me an email days ago telling me to cancel online but it is impossible for me to do so. I would appreciate your help in this matter as it is causing me great stress. Thank you in advance.

I subscribed to this app in hopes of getting therapy. But it wasnt until after i was told that it was more like sending emails back and forth. Feeling mislead i instantly unsubscribed and emailed them. I did not use their service nor do i intend to. They have not wrote back. This happened on august 28th. I see that they are answering other peoples reviews and ignoring my reviews and emails. This is not write to pry on people who are in a hard time as it is. But to ignore someone who got mislead then charged and didnt even use their services is a whole other type of wrong. I just really want my money back. Im a single mother dealing with mental health issues. Im unemployed. I did not recieve any help although paying $150.00. Please help me make this right and restore my hope in humanity! Its not right what this app is doing.

I canceled my subscription on 4/5 and received confirmation via email that my subscription was canceled. Since then, I've been charged twice in the amount of $150, for a total of $300. I've reached out through 3 emails, multiple phone calls and 2 voicemails. I have yet to receive a response. I'm looking for a refund on the two payments that were taken out after my subscription cancelation. The service was subpar at best, and there were times during the weekday that I waited longer than I was suppose to for a response which is why I canceled in the first place. Now I can't even get a response from them while they continue to bill me. $150 may not seem like much, but when it prevents bills from being paid on time or basic necessities from being bought, any amount is too much, especially when you receive confirmation that you successfully canceled.
