Invoicing/billing is a major problem
Today is 05/26/23 and I am currently "Paying" for invoices from 08/09/22 - 11/09/22. I paid $840 on April 9th 2023 which Zero'd outmy entire account balance. On 05/26/23 I receive an email that I am $480 Past Due going on 120 Days.. how is this even possible? I've called and left 2 voicemails, responded to the email asking them to call my Cell ASAP so we can get this handled and no response. This is not the 1st nor second time something like this has happened and I can never get a solid response as to why this is an issue... At this point it feels like I am being taken advantage of and it feels as if no one is there to help me understand your messy billing structure. Thank you for your Assistance in this matter and its a shame it would have to come to this.
Desired outcome: Get a handle on your billing/Invoicing. Be available when we need you. Not all of us families are in the same position financially and this type of billing could absolutely crush a family with less of an income.

I went here on April 4. I would not recommend this place at all. I should have listened to the bad reviews I saw on Facebook. I've been trying to get the documents from my son's evaluation for two months. I've left voicemails and emails and I've called so many times. No one ever calls me back. I just want the documents. I was told it would be 2 weeks by the lady who did the evaluation.

Stay away from this place, our child was there for aba, they verified our insurance but later they billed us $50k for almost 3 months of service, we tried to contact them but no body answers, this place is a scam, be careful they over charge insurance companies later they bill you the difference. There is only one person works at the billing department her name is amber, and good luck getting hold of her. They send our debt to collection, so we are going to take legal actions against these scammers. They don't care about your child only $

Hopebridge is an Indiana-based center that treats autistic children. They are supposed to help control the behaviors and replace them with more manageable behaviors. If the children become too difficult for them to handle, they simply discharge them and replace them with a new client. I can count 5 off the top of my head that this has happened to. It is all about money with them, not the children. Isn't that what that place is supposed to be for, to help with behaviors? Once you get thrown out, don't ever expect to get back in. They will procrastinate until you give up and go someplace else. I wouldn't recommend this place to anybody. You don't want to work for them either. Just look at the turnaround there. Does that tell you anything? There are other centers that are better than Hopebridge. Please be aware of them!
Hopebridge is trying to try to keep us silent but it won't happen. Word is getting around.
Same happened to my child. Abrupt discharge, upon filing a complaint for unusual bruising. They try to pass the buck and blame everyone else. All they care about is money and brushing things under the rug. Their communication is subpar at best. Zero transparency. No cameras at any of their centers. Deny any negligence or wrong doing. Very manipulative. No sense of empathy or concern for the child. They try to find any reason to discharge a child. Will out right lie and say “they use protective mats for children with maladaptive behaviors yet they are slowly doing away with the mats. Employees are afraid to loose their jobs so they go along with it and don’t speak up. They’ve lost wonderful BCBA’S due to their unethical business practices and RBTS the turnover rate is high.
