Horrible service that probably cost a kid a school election. We wanted to purchase temporary tattoos for a school election. I spoke with a nice guy who assured me that the tattoos could be produced and shipped by the the time we needed them. I stressed the importance of having them on time, letting them know that I still had time to order elsewhere if they couldn't get them done in time. I called them as soon as we received a proof of the artwork. I also called them twice more checking on the status. Two days before we need the tattoo's, I called to make sure they were being shipped. Only then was I told that they didn't have to paper for the tattoo's and that it would be a week later...after the election. Unfortunately, it was to late to order from somewhere else. It is hard to explain to a child why everyone else is handing out things for their campaign and we didn't get his in time. I could only explain that there are times when you deal with businesses that you shouldn't. Lesson learned. "

i ordered 200 wristbands from 24hourwristbands, accidentally placing two orders, i call back and hour later to cancel ONE order and i verify that i still have my other order coming in for a fundraiser because my brother had passed away and we needed extra money. I waited a week and a half for my wristbands and they still never came, so i called the company and it turns out that one of the workers canceled both my orders(even though i called back to make sure i still had my other order.) and turns out that "there is nothing they can do for me" The worker on the phone now just told me today that the order was canceled yesterday, April 16, but i placed my order on April 4 so they should have already been in and to late for me to cancel anything. Now with the fundraiser coming up this weekend and now my family and i have NO wristbands to sell because this company DOES NOT know how to do their job. IF YOU CANNOT DO WHAT YOURE BEING PAID TO DO THEN FIND SOMETHING ELSE TO DO.

BUYER BEWARE ... HIDDEN FEES, DOUBLE THE EXPECTED LEAD TIME, NO ONE WILL ANSWER YOUR CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. JUST GOOGLE THEIR NAME AND DO NOT USE THEM!

I am not one to write reviews but i wanted to warn people before they waste their money, I ordered wristbands for my wedding in memory of the grooms father and my grandmother that we have lost. This company was a total disappointment. First of all after I put my credit card number in, the total was one price and when I looked at my credit card statement they had charged an extra $40. I tried calling the company and sat on the phone for an hour before I was the next one in line and as soon as I got through they hung up on me. I gave up on trying to figure out why hoping when they came in they were going to be worth it. Boy was I wrong. I the color I ordered was purple and I got PINK. The company was so rude saying they can't guarantee a match and when they get made the silicone changes colors. Let me tell you pink is going to look so great in my purple colored wedding...NOT. Other than the wrong color the bands are very flimsy and break if you pull them a little. I will never order from this company again a hope you think twice also!

Ordered 20 custom silicone wristbands as an end of soccer season gift for U12 soccer team. Paid extra to expedite manufacture and shipping both by two days which should've put the order in on Thursday. Called on Tuesday to confirm the order, landed in customer service queue. Was caller 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 and then a hangup - 8 times before I resorted to online chat. In chat was assured of Friday delivery in time for my Saturday event but Friday came and no gifts - customer service told me they'll arrive on Monday, which means 20 disappointed 11-12 year olds after their last game of the season on Saturday.

Do not order from this company. You will regret it. There's no maybe about it, you absolutely will regret it. The 5 star rating you see is from a third party advertiser and you are asked to take the survey before you even place an order (Gives you $5 off your order)
I do promotions for events and typically have no issue whatsoever obtaining my event merchandise. I create my orders online, typically 2 to 3 weeks in advance and ensure rush production / shipping so it is ensured to arrive on time. This time around i made the mistake of running a little behind and saw the quick turnover promised by this company. I quickly learned that the term 'rush' is just a ploy to charge you a higher rate with 24hourwristbands.com. Yes, they will only take 24 hours to produce your item, however, what they don't tell you is that numerous holds are going to be placed on your order at every turn and they're going to miraculously lose the artwork files you send to them before production so they will have to conveniently delay your production time. I received a call not ten minutes after placing my order informing me that my. Jpg file was lost when submitting my order. At first i was like, "no biggie, i mean things like this happen". I submitted the original. Psd file (Which is what they requested) and received back a 'support ticket closed' email. All is good right? Wrong. First off, my 24 hour production wristbands get put on a day long hold due to a lack of inventory (Though i was able to order them on their site) , then a lack of inventory based on a new color and now i'm looking at going into my "24 hour production time" 2 days after placing my original order. But wait, there's more! When i called in to confirm all was well, i discovered they "never received" my. Psd file (Even though the ticket had been closed as 'document received') . So my three day shirt production is turning into 6 days and my selected shipping method is going to more than likely put me past my required date. In other words, this merchandise is more than likely a $1000 shipment of junk. Every "customer service" representative has been rude and more concerned with ending the call than helping me. At least three of the countless phone calls have ended with an "ok" and hanging up. No "thank you for choosing 24 hour wristband", not even a "thank you, goodbye", just "ok" then call termination. This company is completely unprofessional and completely empathetic about the needs of its customers, well, ex customers now. I'm currently waiting (Going on two hours) to receive a call back from customer service to make sure their production team even received my new. Psd file that i sent to one of the "customer service reps". This is quite possibly the worst company in existence, most definitely the worst company i've ever had the misfortune of working with. Overall i've spent at least 2 hours on the phone (Either on hold or speaking with a representative) since placing my order two days ago, i even had to create a special email folder for the ridiculous amounts of "hold" and "status updates" i've received from this company. If you need any kind of merchandise, do yourself a favor and use someone, anyone, else. Terrible, absolutely terrible company, that's all i have to say these people.

Update: received yet another hold on my account stating the design i submitted was 'full color' and in order to proceed they required roughly another $100 and consequently due to the holds, if i wanted my order on time i would have to pay for faster shipping (Roughly another $100) . I know you're probably thinking the full color thing is understandable and my fault, and i would too, had i not decided it was in my best interest to cancel my order and take the design elsewhere. According to the new company i am working with (Who is on schedule 100% to have my order completed tomorrow, imagine that a legitimate 5 day turn around!) i was being scammed because it is, in fact, only two color and thus i was charged for two colors with no issue. Also, i'll add that sitting here 6 days later with no posted refund. A message has been sent to their 'customer service' department, awaiting reply.

I purchased silicone wristbands from 24hourwristbands. Product is very inferior to any silicone wristbands I have ever seen. The debossed type is small and hardly debossed at all, just poor quality.

This company is ran by crooks. I found out other website they have are usmb.com, spurst.com, rubberbracelets.com, onlypatches.com and imprint.com. they ripped me off and did not even try to make things right. I hope that they go out of business.

Imprint.com was a huge mistake...horrible customer service. I received a product that was not even the color I ordered and they refused to help make it right. I had to call for days, email with no responses, long waits on hold only to be disconnected. My only choice was to dispute the charges with my credit card company. They need to be shut down, I don't understand how you can go against your printed terms and continue in business. I have read so many complaints exactly like mine, someone needs to stop them.

24HourWristbands.com Order not sent on time as promise

Order product from their online website with 3 day expedited production. Its been a week and received no update and any info on the situation of our order. I called the number on their website [protected] because its been 5 business day with no info on our expedited order that should be done in 3 business days. Person answer but told me they can't handle online order so I asked for their customer service and they gave me this number 281.786.37.64. They kept me on hold for 9 minutes before the phone hung up. I called again and was told by a machine there is 10 min hold this time. So I click their live chat on the website. Some one name Brenda response to my complain. She was no help, all she told me is that she would refund the 3 day expedited charge but could not cancel our order because some how its in production. She can't even tell me when the production will be finish and ship my order. We order 10 bracelet but she can't tell me if it will be done today or even if next week. We needed these bracelet on schedule for our business but now we can't use these at an event. This Brenda person won't tell me when our order will be done because she is in customer service and production is in warehouse and she doesn't know what the warehouse people do. I asked if they can upgrade our order shipping so that we can received the order on time. Brenda couldn't even answer this and kept on just telling me she doesn't know when our order will be finish.

So this company take your order and money and charge extra for expedited production then don't give you any update with the situation of your order. And then tell you that you can't cancel your order because its somehow in production?
And they don't know when our 10 bracelet order production will be done and they can't even tell me when they can ship our order.

Ordered 2, 200 wristbands for a charity event 24 days in advance - charged my credit card immediately. Got the immediate order confirmation saying my order received. I chose the "6 day production" option and 4 day shipping. I started to get worried on 2/24 and called their support line. They told me they couldn't address production issues and I'd have to call their customer service, this is after I waited for 15 minutes on hold to again go on hold for another 10 minutes. The gentlemen I spoke to was difficult to understand and told me it was the middle of the night in China where they're produced - he'd order a trouble ticket and they'd get back to me in 48 hours! No response, I called them back went through the same routine, wound up talking to a woman named Page who told me since I ordered 2200 the 6 day production time was null and void - read the small print in the terms of my agreement with them, etc. They have a US facility, they could've made this right instead - I have no wristbands for a Pediatric Cancer Charity! Thanks 24 hour wristbands - you guys are really great. On top of it all they're rude, detached and completely lacking in customer care.

24HourWristbands.com Charged $1200 but never shipped, ignores refund demands

They totally ripped me off for 1200.00 dollars. I ordered wristbands, did not recieve them, can not get one person in the entire company to help me and now they will not answer any calls from my number. I have held for 18 minutes each time and then got cut off, I have sent numerous emails and had no response. They charged my credit card 1200.00 and I have received nothing. They are a total scam. They take your money knowing full well they will never ship you anything. Then there is NO way to get hold of them to get the refund or find out where the order is. They are the most unprofessional comany I have ever had to deal with in my entire business career and I order from business every day. They are a total scam artist and I hope this will warn other customer NEVER, NEVER purchace from them.

We purchased 2000 wristbands in a varied of colors with black ink and our agency's logo about a week ago. We received a proof, but the proof was on a light color so we confirmed the proof and placed our order. We had a major state event and when we received the royal blue and navy bands can not be read because the ink was black. No one showed a sample or thought that this would not be acceptable. 500 of our 2000 order is not usable. We have complained and we have yet to receive a phone call from anyone. We called customer service and they keep telling us that it is the sales department and some will review the ticket and call us. Also, they stated that we basically were out of luck because we approved the proof. Again, the proof was not in all of the colors we selected and it was on the color pink so of course it looked fine. We would at the least like some customer service and get a refund for the 500 bands that can not be used! We will never order again from this company and we plan on having thousands of order over the next few months!

This company advertised and assured me of 100 extra wristbands I ordered for marketing purposes. The website had you click on a tshirt offer for 9.95 as the promotion. I didn't want the promotional tshirt so did not click. Because I didn't get the tshirt, ...they say we cannot get the 100 wristbands...now. It was impossible to see that little trick when ordering. I called customer service and they hung up on me. I wrote customer service and they simply closed the ticket. This was a scam.

Hello Walter, The imprint color that you have chosen for the bands is Metallic Gold. This is such a color that whatever is being imprinted upon, it eventually fades away. If you even order from other companies, it will have an exact same result.We are sorry but there is not much we can do at the moment. The most we can offer you is 5% refund as a token of courtesy. Comment... By eventually fading away you mean in a week! Can you point me to where you warn the customer that this color will fade and turn you wristbands to blanks in a matter of days. This is your policy and how you stand behind your work. Your token is well short of my expectation. I would expect a full credit and your expertise on what solution is available.

Ordered 3 weeks ago. for 700 Glow in the dark wristbands for my company's launch party. 3 days ago (which was a week and a half late) I received plain white ones with my companies logo on them instead. I called and they opened up a ticket for my claim. They told me there was nothing they could do for me. Basically told me to kick rocks with no shoes on. So I told them, No, I want a refund. They then proceeded to tell me that all they could do was an $8 difference refund from plain white to glow in the dark. I told them Noooo, i want what I ordered or a full refund. then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a 50% refund. I once again said, Nooooo, I want what I fricken ordered, or I want a full refund. Why should the customer take the hit of your mess up?

Then they proceeded to ask me, "Would you like a full refund?"

No. I wouldn't. That's not what I've said twice, and that's not why I'm here. I don't get this company. Never using them again.
I have a 15, 000 wrist band order coming up soon too. And they will definitely not see a dime of it. So unprofessional. So fake.

I see this company has not gotten any better. I placed my order online, received a total and placed the order. They added another $88.19 on my order for tax/custom/handling/insurance. What a rip off. I called and was told the same thing as a lot of the other complaints on the page. Was told I had to call customer service. Called them, had to leave a voice mail. Called 30 minutes later, no one answered during normal business hour. As luck would have it they actually called me because the color lanyard was out of stock. I canceled the order at that point. Very RUDE customer service lady. Will never order from them again. If they were close by I would take a drive there and confront in person.

I have also been scammed by company. They ordered 100 wristbands I was supposed to get their promotion of 100 additional wristbands. Themain reason i ordered from them. And also because they said Printed in USA ( which is probably a lie also). I ordered them for my niece who is battling leukemia to show support. NOBODY at 24hourwristbands will talk to me- they put you on hold. I have tried filing a report via their website- with no response i waited a week and contacted them again- This time I and an operator who entered a form where i was able to go in and enter my issue. I was told it was shipped... they then close out the order. This is their customer service- or lack of it! SO THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF 100 WRISTBANDS>. I wish i saw their reviews before ordering from them. I entered an online review and got a quick response that they are "all about customer service and that they never get complaints" BULL! They also said that i could return bands...Oh yeah I am going to go to all of my nieces friends and ask for them back... DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! other issues is that printing wears off in days...Shoddy products! Dont waste your time!

I was running a Swim For The Cure fundraiser in October 2013 at my daughters school. I decide to order and donate wristbands to the girls swim team. The first order came and it was wrong, second order came it was wrong. I was running out of companies to see if I could get wristbands at the last minute when a wonderful man named Chris answered the phone at a company called Suddora. He said he just happened to come to work early that morning and the company wasn't even opened yet. I told he how 24 hour wristbands screwed me. Not only did I get the right wristbands I ordered there were 50 extras, 13 hope wristbands for the survivors and a water bottle. Thanks to the nice man at Suddora the fundraiser was a success and the 13 girls on the swim team raised $886 and decided to make it an annual event. You can bet I will be ordering my wristbands for Suddora in the future and you should to... Its is March 4, 2014 and I have still not receive a refund from 24 hour wristband they owe me $498 ... BEWARE...

I was not satisfied with 24 hours product nor the customer service. I've since used a company www.Skoolbandz.com. They are very professional and courteous Skoolbandz is also licensed to produce bands with logos for high schools throughout the country. Try them you won't be disappointed.
