AVOID! These people are a scam. I placed an order and received a confirmation email. The amount was $13 higher than the price when I clicked the order button. I immediately called them - waited about 15 mins for someone to pick up - then asked about the additional fee. They told me it was tax. They are based in Texas, I am in California. I said - at what rate? They could not tell me. Well, $13 on an $82 order is waaay more than the normal tax rate. I requested a cancellation immediately. They sent me a log of my request for cancellation. I called again the next day, as I received an email saying that the order had gone into production. I reiteratied that I would not pay additional to what I had contracted for, and they stated that the additional amount was tax, customs fees (from Texas?) and insurance. I said, well, I cancelled my order anyway. They then informed me that they do not cancel orders, despite the prublished cancellation policy on their website. They did offer to refund me the "tax" amount, but would not refund the customs fees or insurance. When I questioned how they can refund TAX as is required by the GOVERNMENT they dodged the question. I reiterated that I was cancelling, had written confirmation of cancellation policy AND of my request to cancel. They hung up on me. So I disputed with my credit card company and reported them to the state of California for tax fraud, since they are obvoiusly collecting "taxes" and not sending them to the appropriate state.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this 24HourWristbands customer service. I tried calling and chatting customer service in regards to my order and wanted to speak with a supervisor. The reps I spoke with were less than accommodating and one was insulting and condescending when speaking to me. The customer service rep said it is "nearly impossible" to reach a manager/supervisor. The order is taking longer that promised and they said it could take up to 2 weeks more after the delivery date I chose at check out, unless I want to pay an additional $575 rush it (that is almost the same cost of my entire order!). And after 2 calls, a chat and a support ticket... still no call back from a supervisor. That will be my last purchase from 24HourWristbands.

I had a 2 part order, received 1st part on 9/21 with details that 2nd part was not ready or shipped yet, I called a week later with confirmation that it was in the last stages and ready to ship soon, still nothing today 10/29 last night was put on hold for 8 minutes only to be told to call back today when manager was in because they had no info on order, now today I am being told I must file a report with usps…...why am I filing a report with the postal service for an order that I did receive, I am telling you I didn't receive all of the order, 24hourwristband is now trying to say they were shipped together when clearly I have the order details stating differently.. I can't believe that I am fighting with a company to get a refund of $35 for 5masks that were not shipped with the other 15 that I paid $65 for. I will never do business with this company again, will gladly pay a higher price elsewhere! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!

I never do reviews, but my terrible experience with this company has changed that. Here it is... placed an order on-line, received a message that the product was no longer available and that I could check the website for suitable replacement. Did that and found a similar item in a different color, placed the order and got the same message... "no longer available". Both orders were cancelled and they said my refund would take 7-8 business days. It has been 21 days and no refund. I spoke with a human in customer service and they said my refund would be received in 24 to 48 hours. It has been 3 days and still no refund.

They have a very elaborate "customer service" email response program, but it is an empty shell game. Never again. If an item is "no longer available", why is it still on their website and why did they charge my credit card for something that is "no longer available?

Ruined our order. Responded a week after order to inform they didn't have the color so we had to settle for another choice. Reviewed the proof which was correct but still a printing mistake on the product when finally received. Didn't respond to guarantee or customer service complaint in any way - and for a charity event no less. There are too many companies doing this to waste your time with these people. Also operate under the name Imprint.com - same company

I think the "tax" and "customs" fee comes from choosing the China branch free shipping option over the Texas based branch.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
I ordered some buttons as promo for my newly released book and when they arrived about 20 buttons were defective. I placed a claim online ( you can never talk to anyone) the same day. After many emails, this took too much of my time, the final verdict was no at all customer friendly! I was told that there are too few buttons for them to spend the money to ship me so they wanted to know if I would like a refund on the 20 buttons. NO! I need the buttons and I want the buttons! What a terrible was of doing business! I would highly discourage anyone from using this company. I have used another company in the past but thought I would give a new company some business...I am regretting that decision.

I was just tying to give costumers here options about the different companies that sells silicone bracelets online. As matter of fact, I've been seeing a lot of complaints about 24hourwristbands.com. Yeah, I am sympathizing but I never advertise this company, I am just giving helpful tips to clients and in the end, its their will if they will purchase a product from these sites or not.

I am very shocked about the comments and reviews of dissatisfied customers about 24 hour wristbands. However, If you're trying to order products online, helpful product complaint sites like this really helps a lot. I know other manufacturers of 24 hour wristbands in the market today, like www.1inchbracelets.com. Their site looks credible because they care to put logos of satisfied clients in their website. As a matter of fact, they also have a facebook page which has thousand of "LIKES". What do you think guys? If I were you, try to contact them first and verify your concerns very carefully.

You can look for other 24 hour wristbands provider that charge more cheaper as compared to others and make sure that it is not a scam by referring to other satisfied clients and asking about their experience about the product. Hope I've helped you guys!
