24 Hour Fitness review: Life time member since 2008

I am so mad right now, still can't believe they cancelled my membership. I am disabled from a failed back surgery but I wasn't making it to the gym as much as I wanted to because I could barely walk. I need to knee replacements and I had a 3 level fusion on my lower back. But I had this membership since 2008 and the last time I went into Livermore 24hour they said I had to pay up in that was in 5/2023 I have only the reminder in my email back to 2023. Well its been a hellish last couple of years but I thought I would pay up on my bill because I haven't gotten any notice. Well it also said lifetime members will be paying I don't know $179.00 or something like that and so I went to pay it and it wouldn't let me my bill is usually $99 a year. So I kept trying to pay it and it just wouldn't let me so I called Livermore 24hour they said sorry sir your membership was cancled and I said how. They said they sent me an email letting me know that I had to pay up which I never got. I have had the same email for 22 years and they were clear you don't have a membership sorry sir. I called again at the San Ramon All Club 24hour fitness and this girl was really rude and told me well we can sign you up for a new contract come on down. I have never bee so pissed off. I really need a gym right now, I got rid of all my weights and I count on this gym because I have some problems physically. Anyway, they never sent an email they stopped after 5/2023, and I can prove it with Xfinity that they never sent that email. Besides the fact they have my phone number two they could have called when they are going to wipe out someone's lifetime membership, I spent $2800.00 on my family, and they have lost theirs too. I would like to get my membership back asap I need it and this isn't very good business if you ask me.
