1800Radiator Unhappy Customer: Warning About Overpriced Parts at 1800Radiator

I've used 1800Radiator and I'm not happy with my recent experience. I reached out to them about some exhaust pipe that I purchased from them at the end of last year for $19 a stick. Now they're charging me $73 a stick and I'm not happy about it. I mean, seriously? That's a huge jump in price for the same product.

Honestly, I feel like I got ripped off. This isn't the first time I've had issues with 1800Radiator. Sure, they have a good selection of parts and accessories, but if they're going to pull stunts like this, I'm not sure I can trust them anymore.

To make matters worse, I found the same pipe from CRW for only $19.68 a stick. That's a big difference. Why am I paying so much more for the same thing from 1800Radiator?

I don't know if I'll use them again. It's just really frustrating to feel like you're being taken for a ride when you're trying to get your car fixed. I want to support a good company with good products, but I can't afford to get ripped off every time I need to buy something.

Overall, I'd say be careful when using 1800Radiator. They might have what you need, but they might also overcharge you or pull other shady moves. It's up to you to decide if it's worth the risk.

1800Radiator My Disappointing Experience with 1800Radiator: Wrong Item Sent and Refusal to Provide Return Label

I ordered a radiator from 1800Radiator but boy was I in for a surprise! When it got here, I was super disappointed to see that they sent me the wrong one- despite the fact that I had ordered the right thing. Phew, was I annoyed! Can you believe it? But you won't believe what happened next- they totally refused to send me a return label, saying that it would cost too much. I mean come on, is that even true? It felt like they were just trying to get out of owning up to their mistake. But I wasn't going to let them get away with it! I fought tooth and nail, had to convince them over and over again that it was their mess-up. Finally, after all that effort, they sent me a UPS return label. But would you believe it, they even charged me for the cost of sending it back! I am so mad right now. Because of all this craziness, 1800Radiator has lost out on the business of not one, not two, but a whopping 203 of our stores in the Midwest! Can you imagine that? All because they couldn't even own up to their mistake and do right by their customers.

1800Radiator Terrible Experience with 1800Radiator: Poor Quality Products, Bad Customer Service

I had a real bad experience with 1800Radiator (1800radiator.com). I bought an AC fan that broke down within two hours of being installed in my vehicle. I was so disappointed and frustrated when I returned it to the Minneapolis store and the manager refused to exchange it despite the fact that I had a valid warranty. The fans they sell are of poor quality and not worth the money at all. They are total junk. Trust me, you'd be much better off buying used or going to a dealer than wasting your money at this store. It's a complete rip-off and I would never recommend anyone to buy anything from them again.
I was really hoping for a better outcome, but unfortunately, this is what I got. I was expecting a lot better customer service and a better-quality product, but was left disappointed. It was a total waste of my time and money. I hope others read this review and are aware that the products sold at 1800Radiator isn't worth your hard earned money. It's a terrible store that sells poor-quality items.

1800Radiator Stay Away from 1800Radiator: My Nightmare Experience with Faulty Radiators and Non-Existent Customer Service

This happened a while ago but it's still fresh in my memory. I bought two radiators from 1800Radiator and unfortunately both of them turned out to be bad. To make things worse, this happened when I was out of state and the cost of fixing it out of pocket was a whopping $2150 on top of the $2150 I had already paid for the first radiator. Needless to say, I was extremely disappointed with the service and the lack of support I received. Despite having an account with them, I didn't get any response from either the franchise or the home CEO.

If you're considering using 1800Radiator, I urge you to look elsewhere. My experience was a nightmare and I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I went through. Their warranties mean nothing and their customer service is practically non-existent. Don't make the same mistake I did and stay away from this company.

1800Radiator Terrible Customer Service and Broken Promise on Lifetime Warranty: My Experience with 1800 Radiator

I bought a radiator from 1800 Radiator around half a year ago. However, a few months ago, it started leaking. I contacted their sales representative and he advised me to bring it in as it had a lifetime warranty. I took it down to their shop and the sales guy inspected the radiator, affirming that there was a small hole in it. I reminded him that he had earlier promised a lifetime warranty for the radiator, but he insisted that he would not take it back. Without any adequate explanation or apology, he turned us away and I was left feeling cheated and disappointed.

As a result of my recent experience, I am not willing to do business with 1800 Radiator again. This company is a sham and their customer service is appalling. Imagine buying a product with a lifetime warranty, only to be denied redress when you needed it the most! It is frustrating and utterly unacceptable. I do not advise anybody to purchase anything from this company, as you may end up feeling just like me- ripped off and frustrated.

1800Radiator Beware of 1800Radiator's Lifetime Warranty: Changed Policy Leaves Customers Disappointed

I had purchased a carburetor from 1800Radiator about 5 years ago, and boy was I disappointed when I found out it had a leak on the side of the tank! My husband and I were left with no choice but to reach out to customer service, but we were greeted with bad news - they no longer honor the lifetime warranty for us regular retail customers! Apparently, some new owner has taken over recently and they've changed their policy.

This experience left me feeling really frustrated and quite frankly, cheated. Isn't a lifetime warranty supposed to mean something? Despite my annoyance, I'm grateful that we discovered this issue sooner rather than later. But still, I don't think this company deserves any more of our business.

If you're thinking about buying from 1800Radiator, I would caution you to think twice about what their warranties actually mean. I know I'll be spreading the word to anyone I know who might be interested in purchasing anything from this company.

1800Radiator Terrible Warranty Policy: Stay Away from 1800Radiator - My Experience with a Bad Catalytic Converter

I been dealing with 1800radiator for a good while now, but after the change of owners things went downhill and fast. The new bosses just don't honor any warranty from the manufacturers, which made me really upset. You see, I'm not a rich man, and I can't afford to be buying car parts all the time.

I bought a catalytic converter for my 2012 Jeep Patriot, with a 2.4L engine. Let me tell you, installing one of those things ain't pretty, it's a real pain. But I figure, if I'm going to save some money, I might as well do it myself. So I did. After six months of use, the converter went bad, and I was left scratching my head wondering what to do.

I called them up for their warranty, and they told me to send the part back to them. It took some time, but eventually, I got a new converter sent back to me. But then, I ask them about the labor warranty, and they told me they don't cover that. What a joke, I thought to myself. I wasted 4.5 hours of my time doing this part replacement, and they won't even cover it. Unbelievable.

I tell you something, I'll never buy from them again. I'm so angry right now, I'm about to burst. This is not the way to treat your customers, and they will pay for it in the end. If you're looking for a reliable auto parts shop, stay away from 1800radiator. They don't care about you, all they care about is making money.

I'm telling you, if you want quality parts and excellent service, go to Rambo's Autoworks in Penns Grove NJ. They took care of me when no one else did, and their prices are fair. So, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

1800Radiator 1800Radiator: Quality Products, Lifetime Warranty, and Easy Access to Local Franchises for All Your Radiator Needs

1800Radiator is a national company based in Benicia, California. With over 300 locally owned radiator warehouses across the US and Canada, including Puerto Rico, they offer both wholesale and retail sales, and a lifetime warranty on their products. As someone who has been both a customer and employee, I can vouch for the quality of their products and services.

One of the best things about 1800Radiator is that they make it easy to get in touch with your local franchise, no matter where you are located. All you have to do is call their customer service number, and they will connect you with the nearest location. This is especially helpful if you need to get your radiator fixed quickly and don't want to waste time searching for a local shop.

Their website is also useful for browsing their inventory, but keep in mind that it may ultimately require you to schedule a call with a sales representative. However, if you want a fast and firm quote, the best option is to simply call them directly. And if you're worried about forgetting their phone number, it's easy to remember: it's 1-800-Radiator.

I've been impressed with the speed and efficiency of their delivery, which is always free and local. It's reassuring to know that they stand behind their products with a lifetime warranty, which gives me peace of mind when making such an important purchase.

In conclusion, whether you're a do-it-yourself mechanic or a professional repair shop, 1800Radiator is a great option for all your radiator needs. With a strong network of local franchises, easy access to customer service, and a commitment to quality, it's no wonder they've become such a trusted name in the industry.

1800Radiator My Positive Experience with 1800Radiator

Hello there, folks! This is Mr. AC from PHX AZ, and I'm here to share my thoughts on 1800Radiator. I've seen some 1-star reviews of this place, and I just have to say, I don't agree with them.

Sure, all the parts may be from China, but guess what? So are the parts at O'Reilly's and other places like that. And that's why you get a lifetime warranty from those places too. Basically, it doesn't matter where you buy your parts from, as long as you're not getting them from the dealer. And let's be real, you don't get a lifetime warranty from the dealer, even though you pay extra for the quality.

I've been doing business for over 11 years, and I've been using 1800Radiator the whole time. My three reviews have over 100k views, so you know I mean what I say. And I have to say, I've had a great experience with this place. I can't speak to the specific complaints about two radiators not working, but I'm sure there's some piece of information missing. Maybe someone added stop leak, or something like that. But people don't always include their mistakes in their reviews, you know?

I have had some compressors not work, but that's happened to me at O'Reilly's too. It's just something that happens sometimes. But for the most part, I love this place, and I'm sure 2023 will be another great year for me and 1800Radiator. All I have to say is, if they're not honoring warranties, then shame on them. But I doubt that's the case. And if it is, fire the manager! People like that are probably stealing from the company.

Thanks for listening to my two cents, folks. Have a great day!

1800Radiator Avoid 1800Radiator at all costs: Terrible customer service, poor quality control, and unprofessional behavior from salesperson

Terrible company, stay away at all costs! I've had to deal with 1800Radiator for the past 8 years and I can say with certainty that they're the worst company I've ever had to deal with. The outside salesperson, Michael, is incredibly unprofessional and talks badly about customers behind their backs. And don't get me started on their warranties - they won't honor them at all! Compared to other companies that offer the same type of products, 1800Radiator's pricing and quality just aren't up to par.

I've had nothing but problems with the radiators and quality control. It's extremely disappointing to see them think it's okay to sell such shoddy products. And to top it off, they closed our accounts because they didn't like our attitude? What kind of nonsense is that? The last thing any business owner needs is a vendor that doesn't want to work with them simply because of their "attitude".

I've tried to work with Chris on multiple occasions, but Michael always gets in the way and refuses to allow me to talk to him or the owner. It's extremely frustrating to try to deal with a company that won't even allow you to speak to someone in charge. They're always out of stock, too, which is incredibly inconvenient.

But what really takes the cake is how rude and disrespectful Michael is. When I called to talk to Chris, Michael answered and wouldn't let me speak to him or the owner. I was so fed up at this point that I used some colorful language. But honestly, who wouldn't be upset when a company treats them so poorly?

I've made it clear to them that I will not tolerate Michael's behavior and that I will take legal action if he continues to create defamatory conversations with other shop or business owners. It's time for 1800Radiator to get their act together and start treating their customers with respect. Michael should be fired for his behavior towards us and other companies.

In the end, I'd recommend that you stay away from 1800Radiator and find a company that values their customers and provides quality products and service.

1800Radiator Terrible Quality: My Disappointing Experience with 1800Radiator

.

I bought a radiator from 1800Radiator and was really disappointed with the quality. The thing started leaking in just a couple of weeks! I opened it up and it was clear that the whole thing was super cheaply made from plastic, and it simply couldn't hold the necessary pressure for my car. I wasted my hard-earned money on a complete piece of junk. If you need a new radiator, don't go with 1800Radiator – they don't care about quality, only about getting you to spend your cash.

1800Radiator A Mixed Review of 1800Radiator's Products: Good Parts but Unprofessional Rep

I was real upset when I found out our rep over at 1800Radiator slept with my man. I mean, I went out of town for a bit and the next thing you know, she's taking him out and getting him all sorts of drunk. I don't think that's how you do business, do you? It's just not right.

But to be fair, 1800Radiator does have some good products. They got a lot of different parts for different vehicles, which is cool. And the prices ain't too bad either. So if you're looking for some car parts and don't mind maybe dealing with a rep who ain't too professional, then give 'em a go.

I will say though, I ain't too happy with what happened with my man. It just ain't right to mix business with pleasure, you know? But I guess that's life sometimes. At least the car parts are good.
