Their website clearly states it is a $19.99 charge. Then 15 days later they charge additional $69.99 and they say you should have read the fine prints in the Terms and conditions.
They have no return address to send the products that made me really sick and they provide a phone number: [protected].
It takes 35 minutes for a live operator who tells you tough luck.
Snake oil salesmen did not repeatedly charge your credit card.
Do not provide your credit card or forever you get what you can not use and no place to return it to.

Once you have signed up to purchase this useless product from -REVIVE BIOSCIENCE UK -you are doomed to be scammed.I orded the product on 4th of June-didnt receive it until the 18th June, on the 23rd of June I had £79, 99p taken from my account just 5 days after I had recieved it [SO MUCH FOR THE 14 DAY TRIAL PERIOD!] when I called them to question this, I was Told that the 14 days start from the day they send the product to you.It took 18 days for me to receive it [SO MUCH FOR THE 14 DAY TRIAL PERIOD!]
After a lenghty discussion with someone on the telephone who appeared to be reading from a script, they agreed to refund £30, which I have now received .However I intend to persue them for to other £49.99p and you must all do the same.WE must ALL refer the company to "THE OFFICE OF FAIR TRADING, "you can get their number from your local council or contact them online, also email all your contacts and use twitter and face book to warn people about this scam.THIS COMPANY MUST BE STOPPED before more vulnerable people are scammed.

i want to know why i got charged £19.99, then 14 days later i got a second charge of £79.99 from my account for my products i received that was only going to cost £19.99./

This is how one aspect of the scam works:

Say you find www.menshealthweeklyonline.com/UK/ and open it up;
What do you see?
SPECIAL OFFER FOR OUR READERS: 24 Hour SPECIAL with an imminent expiry date.
It is not actually an offer that closes that day; the software rolls the date over and it all starts again.
You also see . Note the word ; it infers sample.
At this point scammer Robert Tallack could put a link to his T&Cs advising what you are actually signing up for but he doesnt and on the site you are on the T&Cs are not there anyway!

So now you click on the link and you are taken to another website and straight to the page inviting you to see if you qualify for the and still no reference anywhere as to what you are actually signing up for.
In order to see that information you have to move to another page. Tallack the scammer doesnt want you to go to that page and again he could reference what you are signing for but doesnt and doesnt invite you to see the Terms - he wants you locked on the sign up page.
So you supply your details without Tallack the scammer even inviting you to take a look at the Conditions before you buy. And the terms are referenced at the bottom of the page so real easy for you to miss. He could put links at the top of the page but he really doesnt want you to go to the Terms

So let us look at the Terms. The title says but you are not placing an order; you are signing up for a trial - that is what you have been led to believe and those are the words used to ensnare you. He could say but he doesnt - what a barsteward he is.
Then in the Terms in order to try and protect himself he changes the reference from to using words like and
Mark my words; he is a very clever scammer but legal activity in the UK is starting to roll to take him down.

Some people in the US have made successful complaints to the Better Business Bureau and got some recompense.
Kay... you need to go to your bank, stop the direct debit and INSIST that they instigate a "chargeback" to your account. They wont want to do this so INSIST.

I have received the product of 024, one 50ml spray and two box towelettes.I have been billed for £21.24 on the 6, 6.2012 and then a further £79.99 on the 21.6.2012.What makes any one think that a product is this price?.I like any of the other fellow purchasers are in need of some joint pain relief, but at these exstortonate prices have yet become another vunerable customer to this absolutely diabolical rip off. I have been shocked to hear of the comments made by others, how they too have been duped.This is obviously all about money for a big fat company, of which will Never be getting any further custom from me!.

@BLAKEY3: I have tried contacting Robert Tallack, CEO Revive Bioscience on the karate kids link and my emails are returned. THE EMAIL ADDRESS FOR ROBERT TALLACK is rtallack@gmail.com @CATALIGLOSS; you are correct; Robert Tallack has set up a UK company; back end of last year and it is no more than an accommodation address. All his websites (there are 5 that I have found) are due to expire within a couple of months so I will bet he will let them die and just walk off with the money he has scammed. About 200 people a day in the UK look at his all...net site - if only 15 people get taken in then he is making loads of money across the sites he has. I am told that what Robert Tallack, CEO of Revive Bioscience has done is to buy way out of date stock and is offloading it to whoever signs up. (I keep saying Robert Tallack, CEO of Revive BioScience because google picks it up and therefore his scamming complaints appear more prominent in searches for him or BioScience). I'm a retired pensioner, relying on my pension only. I have just been done by 024painrelief company. I foolishly purchased their product and paid the £19.99 on the 7th of June 2012 and received the product which was a disappointment to use. Now, I see that they have now taken £79.99 without my authorisation from my bank account. I emailed them, but have received no reply. I phoned their customer service and got a very negative feedback putting the blame ome for not cancelling or replying to the within 14 days. This, I was never told to do so.
They are rip off and fraudulent and ought to be sued for thei sales methods.
I have today 26th June 2012, cancelled it with them and would inform my bank about this company's fraudulent methods of extorting money from vulnerable people.
Be aware of them. The product is no different from any over the counter product which are far more cheaper to buy.

I have just spent the whole day chasing this company up. The UK address given in the post above is now wrong: They have moved (slightly) surprise surprise! They have moved! the new address is c/o Fletcher Kennedy Ltd, 48, High Street, Hazlemere, Surrey, GU27 2LA. tel [protected]

HOWEVER, this is a holding company, who will not provide the contact details of the company (DUE TO CONFIDENTIALITY ISSUES!). You can, however, leave a message for them or write via the address above. I still await my reply. I am also waiting for the US company to get back to me...watch this space...

i also got charged £79.99 and searched the box but no instructions to return products. i too am a pension and my husband has alzhiemers, he is 83 and has very bad back pains. these peopl should be taken to task. maybe we should all get together and do something about it.

in US they charge dollars, in UK they charge £., same figures. The company is crooks and they should be disqualified from running business, I hope it will happen soon. They have charged me £100 for the product. Office of Fair Trading have been notified today.

@kefalonia; the address you've given is correct but it is no more than an accommodation address for Revive... who set up a UK company towards the end of 2011. Write to them and it will sit on the doormat. The sole Director is Robert Tallack who has set up several websites all designed to deceive, and with false testimonials. It's typical scam tactics, try to sell to you a trial for 19.99, pass on this, try to leave and it then offers the trial to you for 9.99! It's all designed to sucker you in. What they are banking on is that you miss the point of the small print; that is why they only take credit cards. @024painrelief; nice to see you here, we spoke yesterday when I called you. I can confirm to others who read this that you are the genuine 024 rep in UK - good luck as it will be uphill whilst the name of 024 is being tarnished! I have filed a complaint with the BBB in the state where the USA Corporate office is located; called the state attorney general, cancelled my credit card and protested the additional $79.99 charge (since I admit to being stupid enough to order this for $19.99 I feel I should pay that amount). Posted to fb and sent emails to my entire contact list of over 500 people. Called and left messages at the corporate headquarters. Forwarded the email confirmation showing NO MENTION of a 14 day trial period or additional membership fee charges to everyone listed on their website. Posted comments on the youtube videos I could, "disliked" the ones that wouldn't allow comments - no surprise it's the majority that won't allow comments. All this because their customer service rep "Becca" told me that she would not refund the entire amount because I "agreed" to their terms and conditions which is a bald-faced lie. Can anyone suggest anything else to do? This stuff is modern day snake oil and others need to be warned not to fall for this scam.

I placed an order for the $19.99 and then I was been charge $79.99 after 2 weeks but i didn't receive any product and i was freak out. I called my bank right away to report what happen to me. I told them to block them before they gonna charge me again. I only use the product once because the smell was too strong and too hot on my skin. I shouldn't buy it in the first place. Yeah will fight for it, so that this kind of people should be stop immediately.

I have had no problem at all except in pricing. When I got the bill for the next month, I contacted the number on the invoice and within a minute I was talking to a representative. On the top of the invoice is the return address. It clearly states on the product to wait 10 minutes and then wash off so the odor will not offend when going in public. The product really helps my knees hip pain. Just too expensive to continue.

I am so pleased I realised and cancelled it straight away. The initial $19.99 came out of my bank straight away. So I need to check to see if that has been credited back to my account. I've been luckier than some as it was the following day that I had placed the order that I re-read the small print and cancelled. I wouldn't have minded paying the $19.99 to try the product to see if it worked then I would have gladly paid the full amount to be able to get some relief from the pain I am in. But you should have a choice in the matter. They shouldn't just take money out of someone's bank account without authorisation from that person. That is so wrong.

I also had the same complaint. Sent them an e-mail cancelling immediately as soon as I knew they were charging me another 69.00. They claim I cannot cancel by e-mail. when I finally got ahold of them they were ready to charge me another 69.99. then they would only give me back 1/2 of my money stating it was in the terms and conditions that I never saw. The product stunk forever and did not work at all. What a scam.

I also placed an order for the $19.99 and didn't know that they would auto ship after 90 days. I just received a second order by surprise for $69.99. I sent an email about of my complaint by mistake to O24 Naturals of Arlington TX or www.024zone.com. who is not affiliated with 024 Pain Management System that is operated by Revive BioSceince. They informed me that they absolutely have no affiliation with the ones with the site www.allnaturalpainmanagement.com and their product was purchased from the previous manufacturer who went out of business a few years ago. I also realized that the $19.99 order was all for expired products. When I contacted the correct company, I was informed that there is no returns and can return natural products. After telling them that I would be fighting this, that many other companies that sell natural products have return policies and it was against the law to sell products past the expiration date (which she said that it was OK to be expired because it was natural). Then she offered me a $30.00 credit, I said do that, but I'm still fighting you for a full refund, then she said she would refund $40.00 and refund my 1st order also, but I still could not return the product. Fight for a credit.

I admit I did not read the fine print so I got hit with the extra $69.99 charge. I do not like this product. It is overwhelmingly smelly. The fumes burn your eyes. It works just as well as over the counter medications.
When I called customer service they cancelled my "subscription", but were shocked to find that I did not like their product.

Same thing happened to me. $69.99 charge and then a REBILL! for something I tried once and couldn't use because it smells so bad. Called "customer service" several times and got confusing responses which basically meant we are not sorry and we are not refunding your money for something you didn't order or use. Do not order this product or if you do and decide you won't use it, call immediately so they first won't charge you 69.99 or they don't charge you again in 90 days. The more you talk to the "customer service" you realize they are just repeating the same thing over and over to you and attempting to make you feel at fault. When I asked where they were located the first response I got was "the U.S.".

I had the same experience! I ordered on 1/30/2012 and the product arrived 3 days later. The first thing I noticed was the intense camphor smell that was overwhelming. I tried it for my arthritis, frankly, Aspercreme works better. My partner tried it on her fibromyalgia, nothing.
Thinking it was a waste of $20, meh no problem. Then our card was billed for $69.99! When I called the woman said, "Didn't you read the material in the box? You have 14 days to try it, and then you need to cancel or you are billed $69.99." The box was right there, I checked, nothing. I told her I would return it and she said there were no refunds. I said, "Oh, ok. I will file a fraud alert with my bank then, thank you." That turned the tide and she did refund my money. This is a scam folks.

Be careful what you buy. Terms and conditions for this company will frighten you. They are not standard by any means. No guarantees, promises, or nada. Then they charge you $69.99 on a monthly recurring basis for a basic muscle soothing product made from similar ingredients found in over the counter $5 medicines. The corporate offices are as follows: Revive Bioscience, UK Ltd., #72 High St. Haslemere, Surrey, United Kingdom GU272LA. They tell you that your are bound by laws in Ontario, Canada, and then assign all legal challenges as far as claims and causes of action to the courts of Limassol, Cyprus. Think I can make this stuff up? Go into Revive Bioscience website and read it all.
