This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

Their website clearly states it is a $19.99 charge. Then 15 days later they charge additional $69.99 and they say you should have read the fine prints in the Terms and conditions.
They have no return address to send the products that made me really sick and they provide a phone number: [protected].
It takes 35 minutes for a live operator who tells you tough luck.
Snake oil salesmen did not repeatedly charge your credit card.
Do not provide your credit card or forever you get what you can not use and no place to return it to.

I too have just been charged an additional £79.99 and am on disability benefits due to having incurable cancer. Let's all contact the Office of Fair Trading. I am also contacting my Bank, whilst I can't get my money back, I can stop more money leaving my account. I suggest you all do this in the UK, can't help with US. I'm gutted, i've lost a week's money for nothing and we all know times are hard at the moment.

Got some more information on who you can complain to; thanks to another forum discussing 024 and the financial scam.
It's the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Affairs where you can report and raise a complaint against a local Company/ person.
http://www.sse.gov.on.ca/mcs/en/Pages/default.aspx
You will find the Ontario address of Revive BioScience elsewhere within this thread and the named Director of the company is Robert Tallack. The Ontario address and Robert's name are also referenced on the information declaring ownership, registration, and administration of all the websites.
The technical term for the financial aspects that you have all suffered is a process called "negative option billing". Detail can be found via this link:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Negative_option_billing
Make sure that you reference this point in your complaint

Tallack has realised that his scam re the trial and then raping your bank account a few days later needs to draw to a close - as the potential interest of the Feds and public disquiet continues to rise. He has blamed his "marketeers" before (in an email to me) and is doing it again; I guess that those that have been scammed now stand less chance of getting your money back. The "trial" offer is no longer on his websites and here's the email from Robert to me about an hour ago:

Revive BioScience terminated the contract with the online marketing agency selling 024 Pain Relief on July 23, 2012.

As of July 24, 2012 the 024 Pain Management ads no longer appeared online.

The 'Trial Offer' has been terminated and will no longer be offered. The Trial Offer created too much confusion and was not customer centric.

At this point Revive BioScience is meeting with new marketing agencies to sell 024 Pain Relief online.

Thank you,

Robert Tallack

Looking for their website I found this one. Thought it would have just been me looking to see if I read the terms and conditions right.
No, not just me then. Nowhere does it say it is a trial. This is miss- selling verging on the fraud. I have now put a block on my account and have learnt a very hard lesson.

John; and others who have been scammed - go to your bank and insist that they commence a "chargeback" to your account. Some banks don't like doing this so just keep saying "chargeback please" until they agree.
John; as you have had more than £100 scammed then it may just be possible that what is known as "Section 75" comes into play; details:
http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/shopping/section75-protect-your-purchases

Helen; I've been trying for 3 months now to have Tallack's websites taken off line and so many people in the loop to be able to do this are doing S.F.A. I've provided details to his webhoster legal department (it's 1&1) and they can't/won't do anything! I even point out that this is the same/similar scam effected by Jesse Willms - and he made in excess of $350Million! I continue to provide information to Surrey CC Trading Standards (it's in their catchment that Tallack had his UK office) and they seem to be asleep.
Have a read of this from a Lady who is involved/has used the genuine product.

I to have the same problems, starting at £19.99 special offer then 16days later £79.99 taken from my credit card then on the 22nd july a further charge taken of £79.99, this time from Haslemere. I say we must all keep digging until the whole world knows not to trust 024 PAIN RELIEF and Revive Bio Science UK .

This company is a total scam. Everything that everyone has said on this board is correct. I received the product and 2 days later called to cancel because of the 14 day free trial and the product did not work and the smell is horrible.. They would not even discuss the free trial. They agreed to half of the refund. This is not what was stated in the ad. This man has got to be stopped for fraudulent advertising.

I am also a pensioner who has been scamed by these dispicable people.Thinking i might find pain reliefe for £19.99 which was utter rubish, But then to find they have taken a further £79.99 out of my bank is utterly dispicable. The phone number supplied does not exist nor does the address. I hope this none existing company can be found & brought to justis & no further pain sufferes can be taken in by them. Maria, Wakefield

@Glynne; print my post/this page and take to your bank. Tallack the scammer has, about a week ago, taken off line his UK websites so doing an exact repeat and capturing the screen prints are not possible at the moment. What I can confirm is that the offer starts at 19.99 and you start the order process. If you now decide to cancel then you are re-offered the product for 9.99 - which I guess is what happened to you. Tallack is prepared to virtually give it away on the promise of being able to take 79.99 from you a few days later.

Look at this link and print this as well:
http://vulpesmax.blogspot.co.uk/2012/06/o24-scam.html
as it provides supporting information.
If I can repeat the transaction on the US sites, which might prove difficult whilst he is "temporarily out of stock" then I will. His O.O.Stock message may well be a euphamism for "we need to stop scamming now as things are getting a bit hot!"

Hint; if your bank are still being a bit difficult just keep insisting that they start a chargeback process. They may not want to so keep insisting "chargeback"
Hope this helps

I've got exactly the same problem as described above - authorised a payment of £9.99 and got charged £79.99! My bank says it can't help unless I provide proof that the initial cost was £9.99; I don't have any proof as there was no option to print the order and no confirming email sent to me. Does anyone have any ideas how I can get the proof I need? Thanks.

@SteveJC - thanks. I also reported the ads to Facebook and will send an email to Surrey CC. I suspect however that even if his current hoster shuts him down he'll find another and carry on. I sometimes wish I was religious so that I could believe he'll get his in the next life!

@William1966; Tallack continues to scam and change/amend the websites eg: he is now calling it a Pain Management System and he has currently taken off-line his /UK sites - why? I copied Tallack into an email I sent to his website hoster legal and abuse departments (1and1) and the Trading Standards department looking into his scam providing details of his scam tactics and requesting that they take his websites off-line. 1and1 legal will not do anything without the dialogue with Trading Standards.

It is Surrey County Council with whom I am dealing with, but it is a slow process, as it is in their boundaries that his UK accommodation company address is/was. For those in the UK then can I ask that as well as reporting to your bank and local trading standards that you also send an email re your issues (most will be the overcharge) to

philip.leshirley@surreycc.gov.uk

stating how you were scammed/which website etc. It can only help in the process of getting him shut down.

On a positive note I am not currently seeing his sponsored ads on Facebook so either I have been successful in reporting him and they have been taken down or he has suspended them for the time being.

I too am in the pain management business but will not promote myself here. If you want further information on our product then send me a message via this board.

The same as those above. Interestingly they have just changed their T & C and it doesn't mention a trial period now. I've reported them to my Visa company and the British fraud office. Hopefully Visa will refund what I've been scammed. The product is crap as well.

I have had the same problem that all the other complainants had, I have sent a copy of all my emails and replies to the Television programme Watchdog, and the Daily Mail health pages, if we all did the same we could expose this scam for what it is and help to stop people being conned in the future and hopefully stop this company making illegal money

Hi, I got scammed by these people too, They are targeting older people who are likely to have arthritis and have to think about the £19, 99, but I also have been billed for a further £79.99 that is £99.98 for three small items, I am furious. I have contacted Trading Standards and sent the letter they recommended, but to the Revive address, but I note from previous comments is not going to make much difference, I am a pensioner and can not afford this. any suggestions anyone. I have cancelled my card so they no longer have those details, but too late I suppose.- Lesley Gent

@DebbieC57: you could tell your credit card company to get in contact with Surrey County Council Trading Standards They have an ongoing investigation into his operation. The company in Hazelmere who "lease" his company address to him have had so many complaints that they have stated to me:
"we resigned as registered office for the above company in June this year after receiving numerous complaints. ... We have no further dealings with this company and have asked our client; Robert Tallack, Revive BioScience Ltd; to ensure that they remove our address off their website and any other material with our address on it."

Hi all, well, guess I'm joining the gang on here as I too have just been scammed by this pig of a man. What a low, immoral s..t he is, preying on people who are in pain and desperate for some relief. He deserves all he gets and I hope he rots in hell. I'm off to my office of Fair Trading tomorrow and am just about to contact my bank. Thanks all for sharing your experiences it really is very helpful. If anybody does locate Mr Tallack at an address in UK and you know he's there for sure, please let me know cos I'll have the b...d taken down

@dotty..; something that you didn't encounter. If you go almost to the end of the buying process for £19.99 for the trial and then decide to leave the page it comes back at you offering it for £9.99! He is basically willing to give it away so that in 2 weeks time he rapes your bank account.

@dotty... they have just changed the way you sign up and now have to tick to say that you accept the T&C's. so a small step in the right direction; but it's still scamming. Want to know what Robert Tallack said to me when I quizzed him on the "quick, offer only available today for 50 people" which is not true as it rolls over to the next day? He said:

"Our goal is to provide a world class product to individuals suffering from chronic and acute pain.

Our company spent millions of dollars acquiring this patented all-natural formula, and we stand behind our products 100%.

As I mentioned before, we use 3rd party internet marketing companies. The rollover feature you mentioned is a very standard tool used by internet marketers to generate excitement, which they have told me is industry standard.

I really want you to understand that our goal is to make customers aware of the Trial Offer."
Well done on spotting the scam and even better on getting your money back!

I have just managed to cancel my "order" and "membership" after placing it this morning and my bank has confirmed that the initial £19.99 has been immediately refunded to my account. I also asked that my concerns be passed to their fraud department. After being drawn into filling in the form on-line I was very suspicious of the way the Facebook ad led to an online magazine page and then to the web-site which did not make it possible to read the T and Cs from the Check Availability form. The pop-up window alerting me that I had not ticked the T & C box (intentionally on my part, I just wanted to find out more) had me tap the OK bar and that actually activated the order. Then I came and saw all the complaints here so went back and re-traced my steps and found the original phone number for cancellations had been changed to [protected] (not the presumably American number [protected]). To my surprise the number was answered in a minute (quicker than my bank!) and a polite operative did as I asked and assured me I would receive no goods and no future billing. Hopefully that will be the case. I hope others realise they need to cancel and do it quickly. Even better, I hope word gets around and less people get drawn into this highly dubious marketing scam.

I see that Robert Tallack, sole director of Revive Bio Science UK Ltd, registered in the UK Company No. [protected] continues to scam so whilst he knows what he is doing he is not changing his tactics - so hit him somewhere else. On Facebook, for example, look for the group Tallack Martial Arts where you can post your complaint, and what he is doing. He may take it down (my post has been taken down) but there is the possibility that others in the group get to see it before he does so, and therefore get to know what he is doing.

@your days... Trading Standards (Surrey County Council) are on the case but the wheels of closing this scammer down are slow to turn. He has 4, possibly 5, websites that I am aware of and a web of other threads; eg there are 6 that I have found within Facebook. Your experience of waiting some time for the goods to arrive and then finding the 14 days trial period has expired is not uncommon.
Go to your bank and stop any direct debit and INSIST that they instigate a chargeback on your payment.
Also get your bank to give you the receiving bank details; address etc.) and then get in touch with them re the scamming tactics of Robert Tallack, Revive Bio Science.
What phone number did you use? UK or America (he keeps changing it) I would like to know the number pls.
