I received a pop-up sale offer of additional coins if I purchased 160,000 coins for 2.99. I don't recall the amount. But it was significantly higher.
When I purchased the coins, on two occasions the receipt indicated that only 160,000 coins.
I notified Spades Plus customer service by email and the support staff inaccurately and falsely claimed, that I had ~12,000 coins prior to my purchase and I now have ~900,000. When I actually had over ~600,000 coins prior to the purchase.
I requested my coin history and had not heard back yet.
Desired outcome: Reimburse my payment 2 payments of 2.99. or give me the additional coins offered with the sale purchase of 160,000 *2.
