I needed to request for an insurance claim for my son to get his teeth cleaned before his appointment with Dr Kumar in order for his braces to be removed. I was told that I needed to call a number to do so which was [protected]. It took me 3 days to get through to someone that could help, either I was told
to call later or no-one would pick up. I then spoke to Rimiya on the 14th December who then tells me that someone will call after 3pm. Finally received a call from Alvina (who reluctantly gave me her name) from the number [protected] on the same day who told me I needed to go to the hospital to request the claim from the doctor as they will need a signature from me. Insurance claims have made before without my signature. Upon reflection after the call I also realized that I would need to book an appointment with the another dentist to be seen and pay for a consultation fee just to request for insurance for my son to get his teeth cleaned at another appointment. Really poor service from the staff at Zuleikha hospital.
