The warranty we have paid for was not honoured. We purchased a sectional couch with a recliner in each end. The recliners both broke so we called to have them fixed. I waited on hold two hours and hung up. I called back a few times and had the same issue, I could not get through. Then, a while later I called back. The lady asked when we noticed the issue. I told her an about 6 weeks. She then informed me that they cannot warranty anything that happened over 30 days ago. I explained that I’ve been trying to call since it happened but I have not been able to get through. She told me if I said “2 weeks” she would have done the warranty. So I asked if I should have been dishonest. She said “Well we wouldn’t have a way to know but now you have told me so it’s too late.” Very disappointing and we will not pay for a warranty from Zucora Homes again
