I paid $39.99 plus shipping and the tracking stated my order was delivered to Florida. I live in Oregon. I started sending emails and they kept telling me they would send another order. More emails, more "sent" orders. Finally requested money back. They don't refund since "it was shippers mistake ". Still sending emails with no refund or ovenware. This started last Fall.
Desired outcome: Refund.
