Zip Car review: Zip car not taking responsibility for damage caused by their car

On Saturday, December 4, 2021, at around 10:00 pm, a parked Honda zip car was set on fire. (NY license plate JKE - 5953 was the zip car.)
My car was parked next to it. As a result, my car caught fire and was burned and severely damaged. The Fire Department came and put out the fires. My front passenger-side window was destroyed and the inside of the car was filled with water. Zip car is not taking any responsibility for this incident even though their car caused the destruction of my car. Zip car should at least offer to pay the book value of the damaged car.

Desired outcome: Reimburse me for the book value of my destroyed car.
