On July 18, 2022, I hired Attorney Nick McEntire represent me in a case where I sold my home the funds from that sale was put into an escrow account because the other party that brought claim there were damage that they wanted fixed. When I was finally able to get in contact with him and told him it's about time that he start court proceedings. He told me he was going to Quit my case and he was going to charge me for his services.

Desired outcome: Full Refund of my 3000.00 and return of my File.

On July 18,2022 I hired Attorney Nick McEntire because the sale of my home and my money from that sale was place into an escrow account. I called him a few times and the only thing I heard from him was that he was waiting for a response from the other lawyer, it's been 6 month and still nothing. I wrote to him to tell him it's about time we did something like start some kind of court proceedings. I called his phone and every time it told me his mailbox was full and couldn't leave a message. I must admit that I was a bit angry left him a message that if I didn't hear from him my next call would be to the Attorney General's office.
