This business is 1 woman working a cell phone out of Miami who is preying on families, single disabled parents, and young children by soliciting services with complete lies to guardians in order to secure government contracts for providing ongoing "treatment". Once they get a guardian signature, they refuse to discuss any aspects of the treatments and/or status of your own children! Even after being presented with a court order by parents and efforts made by school admin to regain communication, Zenith's Marie, along with associate cohorts Stephanie & Bonnie continue to evade all efforts by legal guardian to communicate.

Despite spending 35 hours per week with your kids, primarily at their school, they absolutely refuse to discuss issues, improvements, status, development, treatment plan, concerns, or even general updates.in fact, they will not even speak to you when you encounter them while picking up your child from school!

As explained to me by therapists who have since quit Zenith after just a short stent, due to claims of "pervasive unethical practices", the name of the game is to "sell" the parents on the promise of saving their child and get a signature. From that point forward, they tell you that "Zenith does not work for you and is paid by state contracts. Therefore, we have no obligation to report any information related to your child's development, except the general summary which is issued quarterly, and that is all we are willing to provide."

This is in an effort to insulate their entire program from questions or parental involvement which may bring scrutiny and shed light on their iron curtain operation, ultimately killing their golden government goose.

Zenith Psychological Services, Inc. & Dr. Marie Cheour Gordon (Ph. D) are currently under investigation by several agencies including but not limited to; DCF Dept of Children & Families, APA, Medicaid, ADA, Consumer Affairs, BBB, Board of Psychological Examiners, and others. I understand legal action against Zenith, and specifically Dr Marie, is also underway with fraud allegations falling under Florida's Unfair & Deceptive Trade Practices Act or FUDTPA. Also malpractice attorneys currently reviewing this situation for both civil and criminal aspects of this situation.
