Won a TV during an auction on April 30, 2013. Received an email confirming payment of $243.37 and that the tracking information would be forward to me. I've emailed ZBiddy 4 times and called them 3 times trying to get information as to where is the TV I paid for and each time I'm told it's in the shipping process. One customer service rep. told me my TV was in processing, I asked what does that mean and I was told they were still trying to find a vendor to purchase it from. HOW THE HELL ARE THEY SELLING ITEMS TO AUCTION OFF WHEN THEY DON'T HAVE THE ITEMS! I'm very concerned and upset I paid for the TV over 30 days ago and have no idea if I will ever get it. A week ago I was told my TV would ship out this week and I called to see if it had shipped and was told again my TV was in shipping and to check my email for the tracking information. I think the State Attorney's Office should look into the business practice of ZBiddy, what they are doing should be illegal. BUYER BEWARE!
I pulled up the zbiddy web site by mistake. I did not intend nto bid on anything. When I realized what happened I called the Co., and they assured me that the $99'00 charge would be removed, and returned to my account, but I would have to payn the $29.00 charge, which I did agree to. Now I don't know how to get them to return the $99.00 charge or put it back in my account.
I wasted 3 hours of my time and 174 bids. This was my first visit to this site. I was down to one bid left. Suddenly the screen locked-up with all the items marked GOING. I could not use my last bid or buy any more which is probably a good thing. I dread seeing my charge card to see how much I am already going to be ripped off for. Do not use this site. It is a SCAM.

That't not true. Myself won several auctions here. Zbiddy is a genuine penny auction site.

many users starts bad mouthing about zbiddy when they lost their bids in auctions and didn't win. Zbiddy is a genuine website and they often refund the money to their users.
If anyone wants to save money, then ZBIDDY.com is the website to do it at!
