Zavvi Order never received

I placed an order 26th of October choose standard delivery which is 2-3 days on your website which is obviously lies. Never been dispatched. Been told lie after lie and you are now requesting me to cancel which takes 5 days, and asking for my PayPal details over Twitter which I don't even have PayPal! This company is more dodgy than it is worth and I just want my money back for an order I have never received or will by the looks of it! Everyone stay away from this company!

Desired outcome: A refund!

Zavvi Goods Not Shipped

Ordered some Lego from this company on 26/10/21 as they were showing it as being in stock on their web site. Order (O/N [protected]) was moved to processing delivery status quickly with a est. despatch of 27/10/21 to Australia.

I requested despatch details several times but they have not given me any details and reply's are form letters advising delays in despatch and to be patient.

After several requests I finally decided to cancel the order as it was with-in their 14 day cancellation period but I was told it cannot be cancelled because it is in the despatch process. It has been in this status for 2 weeks and they cannot supply a despatch date.

I suspect the company does not have the product to supply as Lego themselves are showing that they are out of stock.

After further investigation I have found that this company has a habit of not shipping orders correctly (if at all) or goods arrive damaged due to inappropriate packaging. It appears that this company is a scammer and should be closed down.

Desired outcome: Full refund

Zavvi Next day delivery

I Paid for next day delivery (£5.99) for an item which didnt get dispatched for 3 days. I Sent numerous messages/emails over 2 days and received no reply. There is no number to call, therefore virtually impossible to have any resolution to any issues. I have used Zavvi many times and spen a lot of money with them over the years, so have found this episode highly fustration, to the point where i cant use them again.

Zavvi Not refunding

Order number [protected]
Despite sending emails on the 1st 2nd & 3rd of december i've yet to get a satisfactory reply
The above order contains 2 x advent calendars that should of been delivered 28/11 to 30/11
It's now the 4th of december so the advent calendars are almost a fifth of the way through
I no longer want them they are blatantly selling stock that doesn't exist I can't go through my payment method as its clearpay (which only became evident on this order) I normally use paypal for this very reason

Zavvi Damaged items

After years of accepting damaged items from you (including the same inexplicable scratch down many steelbook spines - see photos of just a small few), I have today received the Lord Of The Rings trilogy steelbook set and it has arrived dented. I know it's long sold out so cannot get a replacement but I want this complaint acknowledged and some form of recompense.

This level of poor/damaged product is unacceptable anyway, but for a £100 item it's shocking. If you look over my order history you will see I have spent literally thousands of pounds in your online store over the years, as well as being a VIP member. I alerted your twitter account to the scratched spines only a few months ago and received zero response. Your website is not allowing me to upload photos so I am having to reach out this way. Please respond to this ASAP and let me know how you intend to rectify this. Thanks.

Zavvi There customer service the lack of and receiving damaged goods

Basically I have spent nearly £200 pounds on Star Wars 4K ULTRA HD Blu Ray disks. The first two arrived & both of the cardboard boxes are dented on all the corners and I orderd 9 if I remember rightly, so if the first two arrived damaged I can imagine the rest will be same. Can't get through to them at all no phone number, they have a live chat but it's not working, you can only send one pic as proof of damage and it takes two days for them to replie. Their not for me, they for Christmas for someone else. Hope you can help.

Zavvi 4 items never received

I ordered 4 items on December 4. and they are around 55 pounds worthy. 3 of them seems like shipped and one of them is not. I never received any of them, I can't cancel the order on the website and they are not responding to any of my messages on facebook, twitter, email. I just want my money back since the christmas is ruined because of them. It's pathetic.

Zavvi non delivery and fraudulent signature for goods

I wouldn't buy anything from this company. Their delivery company is Hermes. A Hermes delivery driver signed for a parcel pretending to be my son. He was at his place of work when he was supposed to have signed for this. He obviously didn't get his parcel and Zavvi are saying it's his signature and want paying! How on earth can they say it's his signature when he's never signed for it! Not paying. You are a shambles of a company and you should be taking the delivery driver to court for theft! We will not be paying for something he hasn't received. You're a joke. When things go right it's fine but when things go wrong you side with the thief! Disgusting! They won't even provide an address for complaints. . Something to hide? You're an absolute disgrace.

Zavvi ps4 game

Pre ordered just course 4 ps4 game on 29th November. It was available from 4th December
I kept looking at my order where the game was pending dispatch in warehouse.
Contacted customer services and explained that the order was to be sent abroad.. I was reassured the game would be posted the next day. 3 days later the order was still pending, contacted customer services again and even asked if the game was actually in stock I was yet again assured the game would soon be on it's way.
The 13th December after contacting them yet again and explained my situation having to send it away I had an email saying it was out of stock.
Zavvi is completely incompetent and basically liars. This little boy will now have to wait as no gift will get there before Christmas. If they had told me the truth ro start with I would have been angry but at least I'd have time to sort something out.
I'm totally fuming.

Zavvi unethical behavior, really bad excuse for not delivering their product and for taking my money

Bought a product from them that didn't reach me even a month after ordering. They claimed that it was because of a bad address on my part, due to the fact that my phone number was somehow inserted in the address details. Which is an incredibly stupid excuse given the fact that I gave them the country, the city and the postal code (+ the other details of the address that were correct). No tracking information was given and no contact information for the delivery service was given. Even though they were supposed and even though the whole issue could've been resolved if the product had the tracking service as it was required. I've exchanged e-mails for 2 weeks without receiving any useful/helpful info at all. They kept bringing up the "Terms and Agreement" card, where they cannot take liability if the customer inserts a bad address. Even though any employee who is not brain dead should be able to tell a phone number from the details of an address just by looking at said number. Worst experience I've had with buying products online.
Do NOT buy from Zavvi. Ever.

Zavvi order only partially fulfilled

I placed an order for 4 packs of 2 x Levis Underwear (£39.96) on the 25/02/2018 (order no: [protected]).
Order was marked as dispatched on 26/02 and on the 28/02 I received an email stating that there was a problem with fulfilling part of the order.
I received 1 of the packs of underwear and have been in communication since with Customer Services requesting updates.

01/03 - I received a response stating the order was out of stock
"This is on special order for you with our supplier but at this time they are unable to give me a date for when they will have it back in stock."
On the same day I responded by asking to cancel the remainder of the order and was told they would look into it.
"I am very sorry you have not received this order yet. I have now requested these items be cancelled for you. If successful you will receive confirmation of this via email shortly. "

I never received the confirmation.

24/03 - I requested an update and got the following response.
"I've not been able to cancel this as it has already entered the dispatch process. I'm sorry about this and I understand how disappointing this must be."

I don't understand how if the supplier can't confirm a delivery date for an out of stock why I can't cancel. I'm not prepared to sit and wait forever.

Zavvi waiting for refund of postage

I ordered a jawbone activity tracker 3 weeks before Christmas.
The item wouldn't work properly so I contacted zavvi to ask to return it, I originally paid through PayPal, the return postage was £3.90 which they agreed to pay back. I have received the refund for the item but I am still waiting for the postage, I have emailed them loads and they just keep telling me that this has now been sorted please wait 3-5 days. They have been saying this since 29th December.
The last email I had said it was refunded.
Getting really fed up now, can't even ring to sort it out.

Zavvi my order

I placed a order for a DVD 15th Dec expect ing to have it by 25th Dec as it is a present for someone, but I have only received an email today to sat it has been dispatched and should receive 25th/27th Dec which i don't think is respectable as if I knew this from the start I would of ordered from somewhere else that I knew I would receive within 10days as I feel this isn't acceptable.

Zavvi query about my order

I have ordered an Xbox with games. I should have received the item a few days ago but instead I only received the games and no console. I have had nothing to say there will be further deliveries or that this was package 1 of 2. I'm worried as this is my child's christmas present .

Hi Paula, I am in the same sort of situation as you. I ordered an Xbox bundle on 06/12/17 had the email said it was dispatched and would arrive 11/12/17. Nothing arrived, the next day had an email to say sorry I had decided to cancel my order and that I could download the return labels to send the items back for free, had a further email later that day to say they had cancelled my order because the Xbox was out of stock but they had sent the games anyway which is stupid in my opinion because why would I want the games without the Xbox. I've now sent them 3 emails requesting they refund my money and all they have replied is I will get my refund when the games have been returned when I have stated I haven't received anything to send back to them so it don't look like I will be getting my refund anytime soon. I have now gone to my bank to help me claim back my money. I hope you have better luck with them.

Zavvi Awful company

Too bad I trusted them. They never keep their promises so you feel cheated.
They said that my order will be delivered within a couple of weeks, which was fine. But it was a lie.
The delivery of my small simple order took 6 weeks. I called them numerous times, wanted to know what happened, they only said that everything is ok and the order is surely on its way. You know, information like this didn't make me feel better.
Customer support is something you have to work on as well. Teach them, hire them a couch. Or just close your business and let other companies take your place.

Zavvi Canceled my order without telling me

My issue is as old as this world. Or as the story of online shopping.
The items I ordered were out of stock, even though I believe they were at the moment of ordering.
So knowing this they just canceled my order without my permission. Very nice.
I thought that if the situation like this occurs, the first thing they should do is ask me whether I agree to cancel or not. Maybe I will want to wait until the items are in stock again and you are able to resend them.
But no. You just do your job without interacting with clients.
Shame on you.
Zavvi team, look into the matter and think of it. I hope it was useful.

Zavvi These people are scammers!

I wanted to cancel my order but these guys from Zavvi did not let me! Every time I contacted them they said that it was impossible to cancel after the order was placed! Are you kidding me? It is clearly said on their website that one can cancel his order within 14 days and I wanted to cancel mine 4 days after I placed it!
These guys are ridiculous! No matter how hard I've tried they did not want to listen! These people are scammers!

Zavvi Scammers!

This company is a scam. I made an order for 2 items back in December. First, their rep contacted me and said that one item was not in stock, so the order was split. I never received anything and it is now February! The customer service is useless, they never response to emails. In total, I've sent over 25 messages just trying to get someone to speak to. I'm extremely disappointed, because those items were supposed to be Christmas presents. Better stay away from Zavvi! Save your hard earned money!

Zavvi The seller never sent my order and ignored communication

I bought 2 T-shirts and game from the website www.zavvi.com. My payment was prompt, and I received the confirmation email, but after 2 weeks my order was still in process. I sent two emails to the seller and asked if they could cancel my order or provide it quicker, but the seller simply ignored me. These people are scammers and liars, who take money and provide nothing. Please post your comments about this company.
