ZainCash Iraq Zaincash is not safe and their security measures are insufficient

My Zaincash wallet was hacked and the money was spent. Zaincash service did nothing helpful.

My wallet was hacked through a link that was sent to me via WhatsApp. That WhatsApp number was linked to a page on Facebook whose a screenshot of the page name is attached as well as a screenshot of the number.

The website seemed like Zaincash website and I followed instructions in order to get my wallet card then I was sent Pin codes and wallet card booking number via Zaincash to my registered phone number.

After few seconds my wallet was emptied and an amount of 500USD was used to buy Razer gold gift cards

Claimed loss: 500

Desired outcome: Recover of funds

ZainCash Iraq Don’t like Zain cash

When someone try to reset his pin code it’s only need otp code from phone number but in your application we have to contact you 107 and some time not reachable and late answer and also for whats app so please change this option to reset by phone number it’s better , And really i not liked zain cash Regards
